These guys are very unprofessional.. contact at 5:41p. Estimated time of arrival 60-90 mins. 7:00p received a text if service provider had arrived. I replied "no" and no one showed up. I took an Uber at 9p and left my truck because I have work early am. Call this morning and a lady answered. She was unprofessional and her response was they called you and because you didn't respond they canceled I looked at my phone because I was asleep and they had called me at 9:47 PM keep in mind I called for service at 5:40. I understand no company or no one's perfect but it's worse when they don't take ownership and make it sound like it was my fault. Not sure how's business like this survive. read more

I was assigned to this company by my roadside assistance plan when I ran out of gas. I had to call them to get an ETA, and they said an hour, which was simply unacceptable because it was 113* outside and I had a 1yo with me. They didn't call or contact me for another two hours, and by then I had already figured out something else. It is disgustingly dangerous for them to accept a call and ignore the stranded person for two hours in 113* heat especially after they told you they have an infant. read more

Nice, Fast and Efficient Tow Truck service! I needed a tow truck service to move car from Pasadena to Alhambra on a Monday morning. (FYI: Monday mornings are one of the busiest times for a tow truck service). I called Joe at 9am and made an appointment for 1030am. He quoted me a flat rate of 60 bucks. Martin arrived and was able to load up the car onto the flatbed quickly and efficiently. It was about 7 mile drive and we arrived to the mechanic of my choice with no damages or problems. Backstory: I called five other tow truck companies. I didn't go with the other companies because they either did not pick up, could not promise the appointment time I wanted or charged 195 bucks. One place charged 130 bucks and 5 bucks for every mile. Joe was very kind and accommodating over the phone. I think 60 bucks is very reasonable. Martin was very fast and efficient. My car broke down and Henry's towing told us that they would be here in 45 minutes. We gave them an extra 15 minutes to get here but 1 hour later and we are still stuck. We called them back to ask and the lady who was very rude on the phone said "you know what to be completely honest we have a big number of calls ahead and we will not be able to reach you until the unknown time." I asked how long we would be sitting here for longer and she replied with "I TOLD YOU I DONT KNOW LIKE MAYBE 3 or 4 HOURS". How unprofessional and super rude of them to respond to a customer like this, and having to sit here and being told nothing until we called them back. One word for this company ....... Trash!. My truck broke down was told an estimate time which I was waiting for 4hrs !!!! After estimated time ! Had to leave me truck and uber home. But not only were they late they never showed !!!! Now I had to pay out of my pocket to uber back to me truck to be towed which again they are past estimated time going over two hours now.... spoke with "manager" on duty Marina of some kind because she didn't introduce herself professionally.. who by the way needs alot more training in customer service and leadership skills!!! My car was having issues and I thought it needed to be towed to dealership to be fixed. It was if course 2 months out of warranty, so I know they'd charge me for something. The tow truck driver showed up (Wally) and said he thinks it was the battery. He charged the battery and now the car seems to be fine. I recommend using this family owned business! I had an accident on the freeway and called Henry's towing for assistance. They arrived within a timely manner given that this happened on a Friday afternoon while it was raining pretty hard. The driver of the tow truck was very polite and helpful.The staff at office were honest with me from the very beginning and gave me options in terms of what to do with my car. My insurance was of no help but Henry's towing really helped me navigate my options since my car was a total loss. In the future I will definitely use them if I ever need towing services. read more

Called them at 945am. Eta text says 1050am. So I waited. 1115am. No show, no call, nothing. I called the company, and a female named Marina answered and explained that the driver was at a car accident scene and was delaying. She didn't say sorry for the wait or anything. She said he would arrive in 30min. I waited another 45min. Called them back at 12pm. Marina answered again and slightly annoyingly said, he will be there in 30min. I said, you already told me this 45min ago. I told her I had to go to work soon. She told me to leave my car keys under my car. I asked for the driver's information for security reasons. She annoyingly sked, why? I explained that if im leaving my car alone with the garage open then i wanna make sure he takes my car safwlt to the destination. Then she said she can't share. (But he ended up calling me from his cell anyway so wtf?). She said, if you leave your car attended and anything happens to it then its your responsibility. Either you wait 30min or reschedule. I'm not gonna apologize for something I didn't do. I asked for the manager, Nancy who also gave me an attitude in the beginning. And she apologized and hung up the phone without saying bye. I told my friend who runs a Sate Farm branch office. And he got so pissed and removed this place from his vendor list. One of the top worst customer service I've seen. read more

Well if you want to be stuck in the middle of the road for 3 hours then I suggest you use this towing service! Called them at 1oclock and they said it woluld be an hour till they get here. An hour passed and no one showed up or no call. Called them at 2 and they said the driver was dealing with a "law enforcement" issue. They then said it will be another 40-45 min. Well then another hour passes by and I call them again only for them to say it'll be another hour so 3 hours in and no tow yet. These azz-holes apparently have a sweetheart deal with the city and extort $116 PER MINUTE from the hapless car owner, on top of the $50 impound fee. Yes, my car was towed. Yes, I was a distracted idiot. Yes, I am overflowing with venom right now. Yes, I had to walk my livid ass down to the police station to pay a fee and get a release. The police were nice...very soothing...I sort of wanted to hang out for awhile...you know, have some coffee and some doughnuts with the lazy, corrupt, do-nothing police. On the other hand: Henry's. They are absolutely rude when you call them. Completely unaccommodating. The shitty 'tude is not necessary. They will get their money. The guy at the counter actually argued with me when I told him the person on the phone was rude. Since I live in the neighborhood, I'm a potential customer. "We don't have 'customers' here" he said. $200 to tow 2 miles. So, if you need a tow (a voluntary one, like when your car breaks down) don't call these ruthless bastards, because you ARE NOT a customer, you're a mark. read more

Very rude, money hungry and bad customer service skills! My car was totaled and this company towed it to their yard. I let them just have the car because it was a loss. My insurance company wouldn't come out to look at it even though initially they said they would, because I didn't have full coverage. This upset the owner of the company and he started calling me a liar. My insurance asked that Henry's Towing send an email/letter stating when they had the car and that it was totaled. Henry's wanted me to pay them for the entire time the car was there just to write the letter. They could have just sent a one line email, but nope... they wanted money for it. Thankfully, my insurance accepted pictures of the car as proof that it was totalled. read more

TWO hours later, I call my insurance roadside assistance, they contact them and say it's at least another hour and a half. Not a word to me. Nothing. My insurance had to contact someone else. Horrible service. One star is generous. Henry's Towing was 2 hours late. No call, no text messages informing me of the schedule change. I called them after 30 minutes of their original pickup time. The receptionist said that sometimes the previous customer requests a different drop off location which may delay pickup time for next vehicle. He informed me this is what happened to me. At the very least a phone call is warranted. UPDATE 2 HOURS LATER AT 1152 Still no tow truck. I called Henry's once again because they have yet to call me. Dispatcher said they are experiencing delays. I said at least someone should call me. Thank you Henry's Towing! A close friend and neighbor texted me from the 710 Fwy saying she was broke down and pulled over to the side off-ramp ... safe, but worried how she was going to get towed off the freeway without a lot of money to pay a tow company. I called around getting quotes of $180+ for a 5 mile tow. I found Henry's Towing on Yelp and received a quote of $48 and a 15 minute arrival time. Done and done! I met them at the off-ramp and was very impressed with Henry's Towing. They arrived within the quoted arrival time - on a Friday night no less - and the driver could not have been more courteous. In the past, I have waited two hours and more for a tow when originally told by a company that they would be there to assist within 30 minutes. So frustrating dealing with companies like that! Not so with Henry's Towing. They were helpful from the second they picked up the phone. Highly recommended. read more

I was really impressed with Henry's Towing, granted I have only ever had to use a business like this twice in my life before. Having already had to deal with the inconvenience of having my car towed, I have to say that the employees at Henry' s Towing made my experience much easier and not as embarrassing as I thought the experience might have been. The other two towing companies I have dealt with left me feeling like I was being swindled and were not nice to me at all. I totally did not get that feeling here, I was in and out in a timely manner. I could complain about the cost, but then again, I shouldn't have parked where I wasn't supposed too, and I don't know anything about towing cost or towing fees associated with towing car's I'll leave that alone. Although I don't plan on needing a towing service anytime in the near future, should I need one, I would not hesitate to use Henry's Towing service. read more

I called yesterday after them being over an hour late. I was met on the phone by a gentleman named Joe who was extremely rude. Joe never once apologized for them being late and repeatedly over three or four times throughout my conversation while voicing my concerns told me if I wanted to cancel. Joe was never apologetic or sympathetic towards my needs of needing the car to get taken out at the set appointment time that we had. Joe is not a good representation of the company and when I asked to speak to the owner Joe said he was in charge and that he would personally let the owner know my frustration. I believe the owner should know that they have a gentleman who is not good representation of the company and I am still unsure if Joe was even his real name.
