Lizardo has definitely change that, I brought my recently purchased commuter car for some new noise, rattling I was hearing and the steering wheel was stiff at turns...I thought it would be a quick fix, but I learned that the person who sold us the car had lied about the needed repairs. Lizardo was able to pinpoint the true needed repairs, printed an official diagnostic with details to go back to this horrible person and hopefully get our money back! Lizardo could easily have done what this seller did to us but instead he saved us close to $500 for repairs on car.

Well months went by and I was pumping gas when Kevin (I believe that's his name, I'm sorry if I'm wrong) came up to me and was so polite and not pushy at all, just simply told me about Central Collision Center and that he works for them and that they could give me a great deal on repairing the front end of my car. I had been praying for a solution for awhile but I'm not good with car repairs so I wasn't really sure where to begin. I felt it right away that this was absolutely the answer I had been seeking. I brought my car in a week later and met Ben, and we discussed my options. The office was so clean and inviting and they offered me water! They were so amazing in explaining exactly what needed to be done and why it was so crucial that I got it fixed (I didn't realize). Sure enough I left my car there on the spot, and about a month later came back to a BRAND NEW LOOKING car! They went above and beyond and fixed so much more than what I expected. They hand inspected the car and fixed the side fenders that were also damaged, got the alignment on all 4 tires perfect, and did a spruce up on my car air conditioner. My insurance wasn't being the easiest and yet they never dragged me into it and handled everything for me so I wouldn't feel stressed or worried whatsoever. When I pulled up to pick up the car, they were finishing up vacuuming the interior. I couldn't believe that they were even going to the lengths of fully washing it inside and out just to make sure that it looked practically brand new when I got it returned to me. This is so much more than I could've ever asked for and I honestly almost cried when I saw how perfect my car was when picking it up. Ben even gave me a free air freshener for the car so that it would even smell brand new when driving it off the lot. AMAZING! They were so reasonable and understanding with my situation, and I was always able to communicate with Ben and get updates on the status of the car! I truly felt like they cared and that goes so unbelievably far with me. I'm getting married in 2 months, and this is the best wedding gift!!! Such a huge burden has been lifted off of my chest. Thank you again and again and again for your incredibly professional and well ran business. I truly wish that all businesses offered the impeccable costumer services that you provided for me. The person who hit me offered to pay my repairs cash, so I went around my area and got quotes from 3 shops near me. Kings of Body quoted me the best price. On top of that, they were extremely patient, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Being a young girl and finding car help on my own, it can be really daunting to figure things out and trust that my best interest is being looked out for. Sev (who I believe is the manager) was so extremely kind and caring in helping me resolve my car issues. He even kept me updated from his personal phone for when the parts came in and when the repairs were about to be done. I really felt that I could trust him, and for that, I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their car. To top it all off, my repairs were made super quickly. I dropped off Saturday morning and my car was ready by Monday afternoon. AND, they were even so very kind to buff out a few paint marks from various minor things I'd apparently hit lol. It was raining a lot, and I was having trouble seeing the road since my wipers weren't wiping anything away. I had just purchased the wipers from the Auto Zone and was trying to figure out how to remove the old ones. It's not often it rains in California, especially as heavy as it was this past week and today, and the car I drive belongs to my parents. I don't normally drive it Also, I'm a rather timid person, and I really get nervous about inconveniencing people, so I was trying to replace the wipers for the first time ever myself. I couldn't pull up a video bc I hit my high-speed data limit recently, so I was relying on a set of instructions off a website. As I was trying to figure this out, Gabriel stopped to help me out. He showed me how to distinguish the pin to unhook the wipers and how to put it on. I was super grateful and really appreciated the advice. He was very patient when teaching me what to look for. Definitely will ingrain those instructions to memory the next time my wipers need some replacing. It was a really informative learning opportunity! The drive was much less daunting now that I was able to see the road without the impediment of the heavy downpour, and I'm super glad we got that resolved before we continued the rest of our way. Also major major thanks to Gabriel who lent me a helping hand! It was raining and he rlly didn't have to, but he did. I wish him the best of luck in everything he does!
