It turned out to be a great experience. I spoke with Mike on the phone. He sounded very professional and caring. As I explained the situation to Mike, he said he could be there in 20 minutes and he could tow the car to the nearest tire shop, so the car's tire can get repaired/replaced the next morning when the shop opens. He also said he would turn on his emergency light on his tow truck, so my son could identify him. Mike showed-up within the 20 minutes he promised. He carefully inspected the flat tire and determined it is something can be easily fixed. So, he fixed the tire on the spot and my son was able to drive home safely. This not only saved us the expense for towing the car, it also saved us from the hassle of going to the tire shop and pay the expenses for repairing or replacing the tire. Code 4 Towing definitely deserves the 5-star rating it received here for their service, their honesty and their customer caring. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. My wife got a flat tire in San Gabriel, and ordered a tow through AAA. A while later, we get a call from the tow driver, Marcos, who said he was at the location. My wife told him she did not see him, and that on the map that AAA provided, he was down the street. Marcos then berated my wife telling her that she gave the wrong address and that she needs to be careful and more specific when entering the location, and that we were in a different city from the address listed. Mind you, AAA is the one that provides the location and provides a map, and the address he was at was not even 5 minutes down the road. Accusing your customer of entering the wrong address is very unprofessional, and it was something we didn't even do. A few minutes later and Marcos arrives at our location, and said that "AAA gave him the wrong address," and asks us if we have a spare, we say no. (We received this car from a family member, and they told us we didn't have a spare). Marcos proceeds to drive the car on the bed of the truck, scraping our front bumper on the bed of the tow truck. My wife and I leave for the tire store in a separate vehicle and arrive there before Marcos. Marcos drove the car down off the truck, again scraping the bumper of the car on the tow bed, and proceeds to tell us that we did have a spare and to "not trick the driver." Mind you, we did not know we have a spare, and it means he opened our trunk without our permission. There was literally no reason for him to do this, and again demonstrates how unprofessional Marcos was. I opened the trunk of my wife's car, and sure enough, items were moved to the side indicating that someone moved the items in the back of our trunk to check for the spare. I have to ask, what would we even gain by "tricking" the tow driver to say we didn't have a spare tire? Why did he feel the need to open the trunk without our permission? In short, Marcos was unprofessional, accusatory, invaded our privacy, and did not treat us, nor our vehicle with respect. I would absolutely NOT recommend Action Towing, and I think AAA should end their partnership with them.

From the moment that Jesse C. drove up I could tell I was in good hands. I gave him the rundown on what had happened - He looked at the car with confidence and said, "not a problem - we can do this." Jesse had the knowledge, the tools, and the talent to get the job done. While he made the job seem effortless, he put an enormous amount of effort into taking great care with my car and my property.
