I agree with Nancy G. This place does look like a hole in wall, BUT!! they have the best selections of brand name shoes for reasonable and cheap prices!! I have many different pairs of heels and boots from this store, expensive brands that I got a FABULOUS deal on! =) I always go crazy at this store! so many cute and funky shoes here! Check out this place, i'll guarantee you wont walk out empty handed! lol. This isnt only for the ladies, there is also a great selection of men's shoes too! Definitely worth it, shoes always make the outfit, but you dont have to pay a grip to get a hold of the brands you love!! MK's, betsey johnsons, LAMB, Coach, JS, Carlos Santanas, etc etc. Im telling you, Henry's is THE shoe experience. awww, now my super secret is out! bOO! read more

Love this place, looks like a hole in the wall, but it has a huge variety of styles and sizes at a great price...

I got three pairs of Bostonians for incredible prices. Stay away. Do not come to this store. You'll just ruin it.

I still cannot get over how awesome this store is! If I drove down the street and glanced at it, I would never think to go in. BUT, a friend of mine who always wore beautiful designer shoes to work finally let me in on her secret. Do not listen to earlier review that said this is a second hand store. It's not. The shoes are brand new and come from Nordstroms. This is what makes this better than Ross. In one visit I bought Coach heels, Michael Kors heels, Kate Spade heels, and skechers tennis shoes for about $160. The Michael Kors heels alone retailed for about $100. It is hit or miss but I have found it to be worth it most of the time. read more

I do love this spot. Best deals. I only buy shoes here. Employees are super helpful. When ive bought shoes at other places, ive felt violated and came back here. read more

They have a great selection of shoes. I was worried I wouldn't find anything since my size is a popular shoe size but I found 3 pairs of shoes. Also I had to cut myself off from spending too much lol. Definitely check this place out! read more

This place earns a 5 star. My mom told me about this store and I hesitated to go shop there. Well, to my surprise when I walked in, I didn't want to leave. The selection of brand name shoes at such low price, is amazing. It's like a kid going into a candy store. You want to get everything. I bought 4 pair of shoes at a very reasonable price. I would've selected more but had to stop myself. They get new merchandise often so I highly recommend this store. And by the way, great staff!!! read more

I'm so in love with this store! This is the only place I get my shoes. The staff is fabulous and friendly. Not to mention the incredible selection of shoes! I've gotten so many pairs of shoes here that are selling for tons more at other places. Check this place out. You won't be sorry. Also, don't be discouraged if you don't find something you love the first time you come...their selection is constantly changing. Lastly, let me clarify one thing: This place does NOT sell used or secondhand shoes. There's a difference between USED items and RETURNED items. read more

Came here thinking it was just a whatever store selling shoes. But it is a GEM in Downey. This is not a 2nd hand store, because I found Brand new BCBGeneration THIS Season heels for a decent price. The selection was good, from Steve Madden, Jeffrey Cambell to Bryan Antwood heels. I am Definatley going back for more shoes! read more

Great selection of shoes, but the salesman was a bit creepy.

It's shoe heaven!!!I wear size 5 shoes, and they have some of the cutest pairs in my size...It's so hard to find my shoe size in regular department stores, since all the other tiny footed chikas grabs them first OR I'd have pay way tooo much money for a pair in my size! Then I was introduced to Henry, my new BFF! Now, I don't have to wait for a Nordstom's sale to get my shoes, I just hope I have enough room in my house to bring home all the shoes that I'll be adopting. read more

Best place for fashionable shoes at great prices! Staff is always friendly, helpful, with a great variety of men and women shoes. I thank my wife all the time for introducing me to this place. read more

my ultimate favorite place to be- i dont buy shoes anywhere else anymore. I love this place!! Different selections every few days and i always come out with minimum of 3 pairs!! read more

If you LOVE shoes this is the greatest discovery since Columbus found the New World! Don't let the location or first impression of the store fool you...get inside and start looking around. I've gotten BCBG, Jessica Simpson, Rocket Dog, Franco Sarto.........name brands at a working girls price. I found a pair of BCBG's at Nordstroms for $85 that I really wanted. Two weeks later I found the same shoes at Henry's for $30! This has become a yearly treck for myself and 2 friends the week between Christmas and New Years. Just remember to not tell too many people about it....gotta keep it just between us shoe lovers! read more

You can't go wrong with this store. If you know the shoe cost more at a high-end retail store, get them or you'll never see them again. I got 2 pair of boots for $30 bucks each and they were both in brand new condition and cost $200 at the regular store. I reccomend this place to a friend. If you love shoes, this is definately a place for you!!! read more

Large selection of inexpensive shoes, although some look like they were worn and then returned. No shoe boxes here. Occasional sales with "an additional" percentage off the current price. For me it's hit and miss when browsing but always fun to stop by and go through the racks, you never know what designer or brand name you'll find. Definitely worth it check it out! read more

Been coming here for YEARS! Still my favorite shoe store when I want to find funky fun shoes!

Found a pair of boots that fit over my calves and that is hard to do at most other stores and they just happen to be Coach. What else could a girl ask for?!? read more

Henry's is definitely one of my shoe plugs! Love the staff both lady's are always helpful. And always seem to find what I'm looking for here. read more

So many cute designer boots at great prices! You'll definitely find something you like.

This is the worst shoe place ever. Poor quality. The owner is rude and nasty. Never never shop here..

I've been buying shoes at Henry's for 30 years +. I've owned many pairs of Stuart's, Kenneth C, Charles David, BCBG, Coach, Via Spiga, and yes even a pair of Jimmy Choo's boots and R. Cavalli from Henry's. Shopping here is far more than just an experience -- it's an inexpensive shoe nirvana. I will admit that there has been times where I leave without buying any but it doesn't discourage me to go back again. The ladies know me by name. I will never buy from department stores. Love Henry's. read more

woooowwweeerrrzzz did i fall in love with this spot!!! i went bonkers in there at first i was like huh!?!? is this a thrift store??? but once i went into the aisles i found some steve maddens, chinese laundry, bcbg heels and bought them all!!! all were in great condition and sold for wayy more than what i paid!! I'm a shoe whore so this was the perfect spot for me:-) its a must see u will fall in love big time!! read more

I went with my husband and baby girl to this store because its near by my house and as soon as we walk in it has smell to it i know its a shoe store but it be nice if they put air refresher. It was empty no other costumers and the ladies who work there they didn't even acknowledge us we look around talking between us how to figure out the prices none of ladies even said if we need help . One was talking about her personal life which i think it's unprofessional i was hearing the conversation. Other two ladies came in and same thing i never heard the employees talk to them when we're leaving thats when they said bye to us.. never coming back read more

Many types of shoes, tall boots, and short boots. too bad that every time I go they have a limited selection of size 7.5. I did notice many options and cute shoes of other sizes. Great prices! read more

I love this place! It was my first time here. The selection was amazing. It was definitely a great Henry shoe experience! The customer service was awesome, and the prices are so affordable for these high end brands that if you'd go to a department store you would spend so much more than at Henry's. I definitely recommend this place for all the brand lovers! read more

Great customer service not like the Henry's in Hawaiian Gardens . There is also a better shoe selection .

I love love this place, my favorite person there is Bea she is the BOMB!!!!! She is very personable, my mom lives in Louisiana and every time she visits we have to come to Henry's my mom is a very picky lady. But saying that she loves Bea and loves all the shoes she brings a extra suitcase to bring back home. My parents were affected by the flood and Thank God my parents were visiting us at the time but they lost everything, to lift my mom spirits a little I took her to Henrys to get her some shoes and right away Bea could sense something was wrong. Bea came from behind the booth gave my mom a hug and her sincere regrets. Taking my mom to the store I didn't even think about all the shoes she bought from here that she had lost and seeing them again in the store bought her back to that space of all her stuff being lost. Once we were finished getting her a few pair of shoes, again Bea came and hugged her tight and told her she would be praying for her. Couldn't ask for anything better you shop and feel like family all at the same time. I always leave out happy with multiple pair of shoes for less, at other stores I would have paid a arm, thigh and my first born , also you can ask them to look out for certain shoes and if they get them in they will call you, now that's customer service. Love it!!!!!! read more

This is the place to go when funds are low and you just need a couple pair of shoes to pacify you. There are days I can't find anything I want and then there are days I come out with at least five pair. Love this place. read more
