It was a huge hole. I went back to get it exchanged and the Chinese lady refused to. First she inspected every single inch of the top and compared it to the exact same one that was in their store. WTF? Did she think I was bringing her a fake? I felt so insulted. I begged and pleaded and she still refused. There's my $20 down the drain I have not shopped in a Papaya store ever since.

The prices were inflation friendly, manager was super nice and helped us navigate the store, fitting rooms were open (I know the other reviews said they weren't) and checking out was simple and easy. This isn't your luxury shop, but if you want affordable, trendy clothing without the 2024 price tag, stop by and you won't be disappointed. Just think Q or Fashion Q.
