Asked them to look at some trees that need trimming, they quoted me a price, i accepted the bid. They did the work and managed to kill a mature Japanese Maple tree and some Birch trees. After the job, the owner stood by his work and would not offer any compensation for the poor quality work that was done. So unacceptable and irresponsible for a small business to run like this, especially from the owner of the company. Came to my house at 7pm when my family was a dinner demanding to be paid and then raised his voice several times in my front yard with threatening financial claims. Do not do business and be tricked like i did.

They removed an old tree and pruned the garden in such a way that we don't even miss that tree. People have stopped and told us how much they like what has been done. The gardens all look so much better and balanced. The attention to detail, hauling of the debris from the work, the thoroughness of their two-day labors are being enjoyed by our family every minute of the day that's passed. For the first time, we had landscapers that cared about the environment and the look and feel of our yard. They pruned our maples, which no other landscapers has done before, and made suggestions for beautifying our yard with the shrubs, plants, bushes and trees already there. What I understood was that he was going to dig it out and grade it, but he said that wasn't true. Had I known that was all he was going to do I would have never agreed to pay $1045 for a 7x32 gravelly, lumpy strip. Regardless, I was willing to pay for the work done, but when I pointed out that he lied about the price of materials, disposal fees, and hours worked, he still refused to adjust the price and threatened to take me to collections, so I paid him. He also refused to provide an itemized receipt. Also, he "conveniently" left out tax in the price of the estimate, so if you do decide to use him, make sure you add 10% to whatever price he quotes. Also, this thing he did, if he thought this was truly what I wanted (a non functional gravel strip) I would hope that a professional landscaper would advise me against it. Maybe say, "Hey, if you want to do it right you'll have to terrace this, grade this, etc. and that'll cost this." Instead, he found his mark (me) and found an easy payday. Afterwards I asked him, do you think this looks good? Does that look like a parking spot to you? Would you put your name on this? He pointedly did not answer those questions. Because the answer to all three of those questions is no. If you want more details, like the the screenshot of his work truck leaving at 10am but he telling me he was working until 11am, check out my text conversation with him. But again, if you do decide to use him, get it in writing, detailed, itemized, and tax included.

The whole was cleared, loaded up and hauled off in half a day... and the gravel and river rock for my driveway and landscaping delivered and spread the same afternoon. Great price, great service. Highly reccomend for anyone who needs to have bark dirt or gravel delivered or any brush or debris cleared away. They charged me less than i would have paid to take it to the dump myself and the mark-up on my gravel was very reasonable. Great Guys! Will be having them back for more yard work.

Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. I wanted grass put in and good quality grass!I recalled the awesome job they did at the rental, and hoped they had still been a business. Sure enough they are still a business which in my eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I will be using this company going forward with any future services needed.

Instead, I had to go onto his website and schedule there. I went to the website and made an appointment. I was at the property 30 minutes prior to the schedule appointment time (window of 3pm to 4pm). I waited until about 3:15pm, still no word from the contractor. I went out front to see if maybe he had went too far down the block or something. No one in sight. I took a few minutes to run to the restroom. After the restroom, I noticed I missed the contractor's call by three minutes. I rang back expecting him to answer and explain that he was on his way or had arrived. Instead, it went to his voicemail. A few minutes later, I received a string of text messages from the contractor accusing me of missing the appointment, wasting his time, costing him gas money, and making him late for other appointments. Apparently, my stepping into the restroom for three minutes was out of the question. What kind of contactor works like this? I took time out of my day to meet this contractor as well. I guess my time as a client is not valuable to him in any way? He claims he waited for 20 minutes, but that is not at all true. I went outside searching for him and he had not arrived. Furthermore, why would he wait outside for 20 minutes and not attempt to call the contact number? When he finally did call, I only missed the call by three minutes. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing my experience, he only went on a further threatening tirade about he planned to comment back on my review about how much of his time I wasted. Ummm, you were not at the property when I checked at 3:15pm. I went to the restroom for a few minutes, I missed a call by three minutes, and then you refused to answer. If three minutes is unacceptable, it sounds as though you have some scheduling issues. Anyhow, DO NOT hire this contractor. He is terribly impatient, rude, and does not value your time as the hiring client.
