I wanted it cleaned up to not just look nice but mechanically sound. Tim was very thorough and went over what would happen next. He explained the large crack which should have been caught during inspection. This caused the leak into shower pan. He gave me a written quote and we set up a date. Brandon was the technician and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He fixed the craft, removed old and finished with clean caulking. There was a mishap with 9 tiles lifting which I was so mad about. Also thinking this was going to be a huge $$$$ fix. No it was reasonably priced. I wish all of my projects were the best outcome and customer service as with The Groutsmith!!

After seeing the extent of the pet damage, he recommended replacing all the carpet, not cleaning it, because the damage was too extensive to be able to remove long-term pet odors from the existing carpet (and he explained why). Then, after bidding himself out of making any money on the job, he STILL spend a significant amount of time on the phone with me talking about what he saw, why it's an issue (how pet odors work and what you need to do to TRULY get rid of them, which I had no idea!), the importance of fixing it before selling it, etc. He was SOOOO honest, knowledgeable, and helpful, saving me from a lot of potential trouble later.
