I was standing right there and asked to move them myself. He completely ignored my words. I explained I did not want a stranger (I had met him 5 min before) touching my things. I could move them as I was in the room! He was very offended that I called him a stranger, argued that this company had been around for 25 years (sorry, I don't care, I don't know you), and packed up and left. I attempted to reach Crystal who was not answering the phone. When I finally reached her, she told me that Hazma said I kicked him out! I explained what happened and she promised to call me back. It's been 2 days now and I haven't heard anything. I would never recommend All Star.

I cannot say enough good things about Tillers. I was looking for someone to clean my carpets…read morebecause my senior dog sometimes has accidents and it was starting to really smell. Since my in-laws are coming to visit, I needed it done pretty quickly. I found Tillers on Angie's List and requested a quote. I received a pretty much immediate response and was asked to call the office with a square footage estimate. I did so and had the most pleasant interchange with Lisa. She was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. I asked if there was any way that we could have the service done this week and Lisa first said no and then said she might be able to squeeze it in. She called one of her techs to make sure and then called me back to confirm that yes, they could come that very afternoon. I was so pleased. Same-day service? Who does that? Larry was awesome. As Lisa promised, he called me to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. He was professional, did a good job of explaining what he was going to do, what it would cost, etc. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). And when he actually did the cleaning, he was really thorough. I was so impressed with how carefully he treated our carpets. I have hired lots of other carpet cleaners for my parents and I've never seen a tech who was so meticulous and really seemed to care about getting our carpets clean. He also was a blast to chat with - and he's the master of puns! We had a great little talk as well. The work was exceptional. All of the pet odor is gone, the carpets are super clean and they dried quickly because Larry did such a nice job making sure he didn't just soak the rug for no reason. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they even let me stack the first-time-customer discount with the Angie's List coupon for an even better deal. The Angie's List listing said this is a family-owned business, which is one of the reasons I chose it. But man, is this a case where the difference between family-owned and the big chains is extremely apparent. We will call Tiller's for all of our future carpet cleaning needs.

New homeowner here - we hired a chimney sweep service to clean our chimney and they ended up blowing a THICK cloud of soot EVERYWHERE in our living room (right onto the couches we had bought 4 days earlier). Given that we have an infant and pets, this was a health hazard. Dan was here within the hour, assessing the damage and even vacuumed so the soot wouldn't get everywhere BEFORE he even started the deep clean of our living room. Dan and Patty did the most incredible job deep cleaning our living room - it looks even better than it did before, and our couch looked good as new! We would've paid at least double with one of the big companies, and Dan and Patty did a better job! They are just the kindest people and there is no one more deserving your business. I wish every company had this kind of integrity, communication, and quality of service - especially at a shockingly competitive price. A HUGE thank you to Dan and Patty - you made a very stressful situation SO much better for us! We can't thank you enough!

I had a great experience with Klein Carpet Cleaning. What really impressed me was how thorough they…read morewere--not just in the cleaning, but in explaining exactly what was going on with the stains in the carpet. They took the time to break down how pet stains actually work, explaining how urine and other organic stains can soak through the carpet fibers into the padding and sometimes even the subfloor. Instead of just masking the smell or surface stain like many companies do, they walked me through the proper process required to truly remove it--treating the area with the right solutions, allowing time for the treatment to break down the contaminants, and then extracting everything from deep in the carpet. They also explained the difference between stains that can be fully removed versus ones that may have permanently altered the carpet fibers, which I appreciated because it was honest and educational rather than a sales pitch. The level of transparency and care they showed made it clear they genuinely want to fix the problem, not just make it look better for a few days. If you want someone who understands stains at a technical level and actually takes the time to do the job right, I highly recommend Klein Carpet Cleaning. Great service, great results, and people who truly care about helping their customers.

Overall, I have NEVER dealt with a more knowledgeable person in pretty much any trade I've ever hired! Great communication, show up when they say they will show up, thorough, and follow through with a customized cleaning plan like you won't get with anyone else. After seeing the extent of the pet damage, he recommended replacing all the carpet, not cleaning it, because the damage was too extensive to be able to remove long-term pet odors from the existing carpet (and he explained why). Then, after bidding himself out of making any money on the job, he STILL spend a significant amount of time on the phone with me talking about what he saw, why it's an issue (how pet odors work and what you need to do to TRULY get rid of them, which I had no idea!), the importance of fixing it before selling it, etc. He was SOOOO honest, knowledgeable, and helpful, saving me from a lot of potential trouble later. He was so amazing, I tried really hard to pay him for his time and expertise, but he wouldn't even take any money for his invaluable advise. I could tell instantly that this is a guy who is passionate about his work and doing right by his customers. Matt is one of the few Certified Master Textile Cleaners who actually works in the field, and it is clear how passionate he is about his craft. He knows about EVERYTHING from cleaning carpets and furniture to household chemical products. He was FASCINATING and I learned so much. I have never come across someone like Matt, the level of honesty and depth of knowledge. He was so great, I am trying to hire him to consult on the flooring in my own house in another state because I have NEVER had a carpet company like him. He truly looks at each job individually, comes up with a custom plan for your situation including the products to use, how to clean, etc. He also puts an emphasis on using non-toxic products, which I LOVE. You will be in the BEST hands using Matt and Klein Carpet Cleaning.
