I've been a pretty controlled asthmatic for 10 years since I've been on biologic but every once in a while I run into trouble. I was glad Stephanie was there and assessed my illness quickly. The vast majority of the time there are several large women standing around doing nothing but watch one or two of their coworker actually do the work. They say their phones are turned on at 9:00, never happens. The hour the phones are turned off for lunch is at least an hour an a half. And at the end of the day when they turn off the phones at 4:30, they are off closer to 4. When you do actually get to speak with someone by phone or in person it would be difficult to find ruder people anywhere. Visit Brownsburg, they are competent and respectful.

I do not love going to the doctor, but I definitely wasn't getting into my general physician in the next 6 months. I LOVE that you can make an appointment. It made things so much easier and gave me less dread on wait time. The website does tell you current wait time if you are headed in last minute. When I arrived I was shocked to see how tiny the waiting area was, but no one was there so it was just fine. I checked in so easy with the code that was emailed to me. The front desk nurse got my license and my insurance card. She is unfortunately what kept this from a 5 star visit. She could have been much friendlier. I, along with others, are hesitant or unsure what exactly to do when coming there. She was not very friendly... until I got back in the room. Once we got to talking in the room she opened up and was much more friendly. The nurse practitioner was so friendly! She was quick, to-the-point and easy to talk to. She told me to not hesitate to call her if my prescription didn't work (news flash: it did). I would totally go back here in a heartbeat!
