My most recent visit, however, was the best one yet. Parking is plentiful in the hospital parking lot, and the office location is easy to find on the third floor of building three. Check-in was a breeze, and the ladies at the front desk were friendly, funny, and made me feel at ease. The waiting area was large, modern, and comfy, with a TV on low volume, and a coffee maker. After changing into my gown for my mammogram, I was taken to another waiting room, this one just as nice as the one up front. I felt comfortable and warm (this is important when wearing a hospital gown!) the entire time. My technician, who I believe was named Brooke, was extremely good at her job. Mammograms have a reputation for being uncomfortable and painful, but Brooke was gentle and patient, and I was never once in pain. The entire process for my 3D mammogram only took 15 minutes, from check-in to leaving the building. I would highly recommend this location.

I feel comfortable with him and appreciate the care he provides. I recently came in for an appointment, and everything went as planned. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room before being called back, which I appreciated. My provider ordered lab work, which they are normally able to complete in the office. However, on this particular day, they were understaffed and very busy, so I was asked to go to the main hospital lab instead. I had no issue with that and was able to complete my labs there without a problem. For anyone coming to this office, the easiest entrance to use is Door 11, which is the Women's Care entrance located near the ER. This was my first time using that entrance, and the parking lot was completely full when I arrived. I ended up parking farther away, but thankfully I'm able to walk and the weather was nice. Once inside, the office was easy enough to find. The only challenging part was navigating from the office to the main hospital lab. The walkways can be a little confusing, and I found myself turned around briefly, but I was eventually able to find the lab and make my way back to the entrance I came through afterward.

From the front desk to the nurse, the doctor and the therapists all have treated me with respect and dignity. All staff are very knowledgeable about eating disorders and how to treat the whole person and not just the disease. I have seen two nutritionists, a psychiatrist, two doctors, two nurses and a couple of the therapists. I have been in their outpatient and PHP programs and I would say the care I have received only improved over time. I would highly recommend seeking treatment here as a first stop or as one of your stops in your recovery journey. I see a Psychiatrist, a Psychologist, an Internist, a Dietitian, and a Family Psychologist at the center. I also attend group therapy. I am not sure when my journey will end, but the visits reduce in frequency over time.

Was told his tooth was infected and a root canal was needed. A prescription was given. He left and after a while noticed his prescription was not sent. He then called and inquired and was told they were too busy and it would be done at 2 which is closing time and this location is not open on Sundays. The time of the call was approximately 12:30 pm. He explained he was in pain and wanted to ensure it would be submitted. Closer to 2 pm we went back up to the establishment and she then pretended to not realized he was given a prescription. Stated they did not give her paperwork. He stated it's a good thing he came back and she told him not to do that. When he inquired not to do what, she mentioned moving him out or in a different part of the call lineup sheet for prescription calls as punishment. She continued to tell him they were busy and hadn't ate lunch yet. At one point she even put her head in her hands, like she was over it. When he left out, she proceeded to lock the door and this was before 2 pm. Her whole attitude about the situation was rude and not apologetic. I myself have worked in a professional setting with upset individuals and have never taken my personal emotions out on the individual. It's not the customers issue that you are busy, have not eaten or any other thing going on behind the scenes. I told him this needs to be submitted and known in case the next person in pain has to deal with this insensitive person. We will also be writing a review where we can about this treatment.
