They say their phones are turned on at 9:00, never happens. The hour the phones are turned off for lunch is at least an hour an a half. And at the end of the day when they turn off the phones at 4:30, they are off closer to 4. She listens, and she takes part in a discussion with me. She answers my questions patiently and does patient teaching when necessary. She has been my reliable ally in my managing of several chronic conditions.

The scheduler, spoke to me in a condescending way during our initial call, and the office manager later cancelled the visit citing vague "notes." I was medically fragile and urgently needed care, and this last-minute cancellation delayed treatment by months. I hope leadership reviews these practices--patients deserve respect, clear communication, and timely access to care.

I've been a pretty controlled asthmatic for 10 years since I've been on biologic but every once in a while I run into trouble. I was glad Stephanie was there and assessed my illness quickly. Was chest x-ray and prescribed antibiotics. The nurse caring for me gave me excellent care too thank you for doing such a good job.
