Unfortunately I got bit 2 times today for whatever reason they couldn't find blood. Also felt my hematologist could've been a little more animated as opposed to being a zombie today on top of her apparently letting the less experienced person try to draw blood for me. I have come across good hematologists in the past at other Quest unfortunately though not here, won't return.

Woe is I for being diabetic and having to get blood drawn on a regular basis…read more Quest is one of the largest lab operations in the country, and most of my experiences have been OK, even in this particular location. However, there was one occasion here when they couldn't find a doctor's order, so I left and went back home only to find out that the dude looking things up really didn't know what he was doing. (They called me back and said "Our bad," without seeming to give a rat's furry behind about my time and travel.) More recently, the phlebotomist drew my blood and wished me a wonderful day. The next day, I was informed that my blood "coagulated" and that I would need to return for another draw. I call bull. Though I went back and let them draw again, which was also a painless experience, I let them know that blood doesn't just coagulate in a vile. Not mine at least. (It didn't "coagulate on the second draw.) The truth is, someone mislabeled or mishandled my lab specimens. Why not just admit the mistake? There are other Quest locations around here, and I have and will continue to avoid this one.

I spoke to the Employee. She said she had to because she couldn't find any other spaces!! Wrong, this is a Senior Living Facility. Just about every person in here is Handicapped or Disabled. These spaces are for those people not Service Workers who are in a hurry. What's even worse is I called the Company to let them know what Staff that is representing them are doing. Cricket, not one word. No one has called me back nor was available to take the call. I can only assume that "Principle Health Systems" really have NO Principles at all.

I had to do an appointment to ask about them, and their response me that they don't know explain me why my results haven't arrived and that it's not their responsibility, but rather responsibility of lab that does testing. The patient doesn't deal directly with that lab; the pacient do deal directly and pay to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible. The service is awful; you never can't contact them by phone or email because none customer service numbers work. No one will answer and they don't have informacion available for customers I stop doing my job and personal matters to go in person to ask about my results, only to receive the response that it's not their problem. Don't go to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible, inefficient, and very unprofessional. Lab Corp is much better

It Is without a doubt, profit over people. The offices are disorganized, rude and incompetent. No one answers the phone and if you leave a message for a call back, no one returns your call. The staff was professional (not friendly, personal preference) and took a very long time for me to…read moredo a pre-employment drug test (45 minutes total; 40 minute wait, 5 minutes to complete the test). There were only 2 people ahead of me and one had already been waiting for 45 minutes and the other for about 30 minutes. I would be sure you prepare to spend approx. 1 hour here if you are doing a pre-employment test. They do not take appointments.
