Kitchen sink backed up & no amount of Drano helped. Called Hemet Rooter , Joe responded quickly & came the same day. He spent several hours snaking & cleaning out clean out drain as it was very impacted. Manufactured home was built in 2008 , I purchased in 2012 & no drain service has ever been done. I will use his services again read more

I tried several rooter services and general plumbers for drain stoppages before I found Hemet Rooter. Joe has put them all to shame. He responds quickly, does great work, and his prices are very fair (a fraction of what Roto Rooter charges). My wife called him this morning for two drains that were draining slowly (a shower and a kitchen sink). He arrived at our house 30 minutes later, cleared both drains, and charged $105. We couldn't be happier with him. I don't think he does any major repairs, or high tech camera inspections, or stuff like that, but for general drain rootering, he's the best. read more

Called for a quote to unclog a toilet in rental home I own. The man that answered the phone seemed bothered that I was asking for a quote and said "my transmission went out on my truck yesterday, I'm out of order". Never calling Hemet Rotor again! read more

Joe was amazing. We have been fighting a shower back up for months. With no hesitation he knew it wasn't the shower but a kitchen line connected to it and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Also called him on a Saturday morning and he was here within an hour. Definitely he is our new forever plumber. Also very reasonable. read more

I was very happy with Joe from Hemet Rooter! He came to my home, took care of business, and even did some extra work, not planned, on a toilet in one bathroom, that will fix the leaking and save $ on my water bill! My experience with Roto Rooter was very good. I can say anything about the other Techs they have, But I can tell you that Josh came out to fix the plumbing problem we had, He was profession, informative and friendly. He not only fixed our problem but also let us know about a couple of other things in the future that we might have to have done. I had Josh do those preventive repairs as well. I have told my neighbor about the service we had as well and let them know if they have any plumbing problems to call Roto Rooter and request Josh to come out..being that we live in a retirement community everyone is always aware of being taken advantage ...THAT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN DEALING WITH JOSH. Clogged kitchen sink at Mom's house right before the T-Day holiday and needed it fixed quick. Called a well reviewed plumbing company as I normally prefer those over rooter services but their machine was down. They recommended Joe at Hemet Rooter. It was a good recommendation. Joe returned my call within the hour and was at the house within 15 minutes. I think he was already nearby. It was a quick simple job and price was very fair. I'm guessing much more reasonable than the guys who spend a lot on ads. 30 day guarantee. If you live in the Hemet/San Jancinto area or anywhere Joe will drive to give him a call. I'll call him again if we need a drain unclogged. read more

Called Joe, owner of Hemet Rooter and explained our situation, he said will be there shortly and in 10 minutes he's here. Explained again, he checked out the issues and knew what the problem was. Got the job done and all is working fine now plus he did a couple extra things for us without being asked or even mentioning a thing. Joe worked tirelessly to fix our clogged drains! I left a message, he called within 20 minutes and he came over in ten minutes. Joe worked for hours to help and fixed the garbage disposal while he was here. This guy has got it going on! Call this company first. He is very nice and he is very reasonable. suggested to us by Price Plumbing...he came out to rod the sewer line and blew it out completely...which created a huge mess and what I was told would be a serious costs to clean up and have the line reattached...disappointed...and in need of help, called out four other providers and none came across as honest...the prices they quoted started at around a few thousand down to about eight hundred...in the end a handyman fixed it for free, all he needed was to borrow a screwdriver to tighten the clamp that came off...and we cleaned up the mess...cost zero...imagine that...thanks, Home Depot for your great advice... read more

I called Hemet Rooter because I had a bad water stoppage in my garage sink and it backed up in my Master bathroom. Hemet Rooter showed up within 10 to 15 mins. from the time I had called him. Before he came he gave me an estimated price that sounded very reasonable. When he showed up he was very knowledgeable and he fixed the problem. The estimated price was the price I was charged. I will be using Hemet Rooter for any other drain problems I might have in the future. Thank you very much. read more

Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

We were not clearly informed at the time of signing that around the 5-year mark there is a large fee/decision point, and if you don't take action to end/modify the lease at that time, you can remain locked into payments for 20+ years. That detail should have been explained plainly upfront. If you're considering this company, I strongly recommend: * Get the full contract in writing before agreeing to anything. * Ask specifically about what happens at year 5, any fees, and your options to end the lease. * Have someone independent review the agreement so you understand the long-term costs. I wish we had done that, because this has been far more expensive and stressful than we were led to expect.

Jose Peraza came out on a Saturday morning and gave us a quote to replace the removed drywall, texture and paint. His pricing was reasonable and said he could start Monday morning. Jose and his employee showed up first thing Monday morning and went straight to work. I was telling him that our fluorescent light panel in the ceiling of our kitchen was hideous and was planning on taking it out in the future and replacing it with light fixtures. Jose said he would rip it out and wire two cans in for us at no extra charge and ensure the drywall looked good. Wasn't in my plans but said sure. I also had some old telephone wall plates he patched up for no extra charge. In fact , Jose did a lot of little extras to make the place look good. Jose even replaced electrical outlets to ensure all of them matched through the house. On Thursday they finished and everything looked great and seamless! Jose and Mia were very pleasant to work with... Got to know Jose during the week and he's a totally awesome person... we had some laughs as well. I have worked with a few contractors in the Murrieta area and Jose has most definitely been the best I've worked with. Perazas Renovations do way more than what I needed, but will certainly use them in the future! By the way Jose... we hung the lights in the kitchen and they look awesome!!! I called him out to take a look at a plumbing problem that on of my tenants was having and the minute he saw me a black man he automatically assumed that he would not be getting paid and said that he could not do this job, got in his truck and drove away. Joe you are a racist piece of trash and you just lost what could have been a great account for your sorry company. I really would like to believe that racism is dying but thanks to you I see that there are still brain dead people still among us. Joe the Owner came over and Fixed a clogged drain & re-fixed & re-installed the New Disposal that I had installed the day before. The previous worker from Hemet Handyman did not even see a clogged pipe that Joe found right away. Also Joe new to re-check the new disposal to make sure a Plastic Plug had been punched out so the Dishwasher would drain right. The plug had not been punched out. So I recommend Hemet Rooter. This old bastard came out to work on main line in our doublewide mobile home. Pricing was fair but job had to be redone in two months and after getting paid ole Joe Boy makes this statement " I had to take two panels off the back of the house and I dont like to reinstall them so you need to take care of that! again, AFTER HE COLLECTED PAYMENT" Joe was also rude and acted put out, he also sported the classic plumbers crack.
