We really had a great experience here. I would definitely recommend that you try to see Tammy for what you need. I have been here a few times now (gifts, necklace replacement) and had a great experience with everyone but Tammy was amazing and helped us navigate through exactly what we needed for our anniversary. read more

They resized and repaired my rings quickly and the service was excellent. Good communication as well.

This is the first time I've been in the market for a diamond and they have by far been the best as far as informing the customer on what they're buying. Many people aren't as informed as they should be with diamonds and Helzberg teaches before they take your money to make sure you see the value. Kay's, Zales, Jared did not do that. read more

Go see Tammy! She is the best at what she does. You will not regret it. A few years ago as a first time ring buyer she taught me everything I needed to know about buying an engagement ring. I went with Helzberg because of Tammy and I will never regret it. My wife loves her ring and recently we had to get it repaired and Tammy and her team went above and beyond to make sure it looked as good as new. I highly recommend going to this location! There are not enough nice things I can say about Tammy and her team read more

I recently bought my engagement ring here and the employee that helped me was more than amazing. She made my experience here unforgettable. I will be returning here for all future purchases and maintenance as well as referring all friends and family. read more

Wonderful service by Terry and Tammy. Each time we go in there we feel like family and we leave knowing we got a quality product at a great price. We will return for many years to come strictly for their service alone read more

I've been a devoted Helzberg customer since the early 1980's. While I can give them little business these days (mostly limited to watch battery replacements), I still find the excellent quality of customer service they've delivered over the past forty years has not diminished in the slightest. Despite considering myself a "nobody" in particular, I'm still treated like royalty by staff members when I enter their stores (most recently, their Plainfield, IN, location). It's a testament to their ingredients for success and staying power while so many other jewelry chains have come and gone. read more

Stopped by the Plainfield Helzberg store to pick up some paperwork for my ring and left with a saddened heart. The 2 managers in the store were incredibly rude to their employees and customers alike. The sweet girl that was helping me was in tears because of the treatment she received from her bosses. It is clearly a toxic environment. The managers were rude to me as well while I was there. Some customers just walked out instead of dealing with the impolite store managers. I'm wishing we didn't spend $$ here for my ring because now I have to go back to this store every 6 months for the care plan update. read more

Just stopped in to ask a question, ended up getting our rings cleaned and all our questions answered, very nice sales person. Will definitely return. read more

My fiancé and I stopped in to just look at some engagement rings and see what our options were. The sales associates were super helpful and kind! We were looking for moissanite rings, and they had a great selection of already set ones, as well as loose stones that they showed me in different settings. They also did not try to talk us in to something outside of our price range. Ended up finding my dream ring, with the amazing help of the staff. We ended up purchasing a ring that day, and left with nothing but smiles on our face. Every person there made our experience so memorable and amazing, highly recommend!! read more

I recently bought a ring for my wife's birthday here. The sales associate was helpful and didn't try to talk me into anything out of the price range I gave him. I was a little dissapointed that the sizing of the ring was not included in the price and neither was the warranty. I'm used to shopping at Shane Company where this stuff is included, but you probably pay a higher price up front there. I'd probably shop here again. read more

My fiance' bought a ring for me and it has been turning my fingers BLACK! I have purchased other 18K Gold rings at other jewerly stores and never had my fingers turn black. I will not recommend to anyone! read more

I used to come here to have my watch batteries replaced, a Rado and an Omega. They have a new policy. Now they only work on watch brands they carry. In these economic times, I'd call that store suicide. Phone ahead before you go because I don't expect them to be in business very long. read more

As you can see by the attached photos, my days are numbered. The doctors have agreed to allow my Grandma to continue with the palliative treatment of re-sewing my head to my neck in order that my insides are not exposed to the harsh elements. My grandmother followed the customer service chain at Helzburg which really just ended up shortening my already abbreviated life by 4 hours. Even after explaining that my 2-year-old boy cries, "no, no, no," in his sleep when grandma tries to take me from his arms for my treatment, customer service could not help. First of all, the Speedway location has closed down and those employees must have been in such a rush to find new jobs, they forgot to leave a message on their phone or inform corporate of their mass exodus. Grandma called and spoke with a CSR in Plainfield. The CSR offered, "You know you can always sew the head back on." Well, guess that's why she's a diamond seller. Corporate called back and spoke to management in Plainfield and were told I was a promotional bear and 100 percent of my profits go to charity. I realize I am only a stuffed bear, and a sick one at that, but when I did the math on the website that claimed I cost $9.99 and Make A Wish got $3 every time I was sold, it seems $6.99 of every purchase has gone missing? Although I've only known my boy for a short time (since Christmas in fact) and I am obviously fading fast, I'd like to use my Make A Wish for terminally ill bears to take my boy to Disney World for one last great trip filled with memories before I eventually lose my head... read more

Excellant team! They really care about the customer. Helzberg Diamonds and the Plainfield Indiana location has quality merchandise.

DO NOT BUY JEWELRY! Helzberg puts anyone behind the counter that will tell you what you want to hear with the sole purpose of just pawning their jewelry off on you. The sales people know NOTHING about the pieces they sell. Two years ago, we were sold a man's wedding band. Two years later, it just fell apart. We took it in, thinking it was guaranteed. First, we get, "ohhh, a Tunstin ring." Similar tone that we received from Lowes when we told them we had to replace a Samsung frig. Apparently, this ring is made with a "breaking point". When struck at a certain point, it falls apart. That was not in the sales person's selling points. Neither was getting a care plan. Now, they want $80 to replace a $400 ring that was only 2 years old (they didn't even send it to the manufacturer to give them the chance to make good on this). Their service is horrible. Their people are ignorant. Do not purchase anything unless you just don't care about service. If you buy from here, you might as well be buying from a garage sale. -- Lisa M. read more

My husband went on the hunt for diamond earrings back in 2010 when we were dating. He searched a couple places where he wasn't noticed. At Helzberg he was greeted within seconds and they took the time to help him despite his simple blue jeans and white t-shirt attire. My husband purchased with Helzberg then, again for my necklace, and again for my ring. I recently purchased a beautiful necklace for my mother. My husband and I love Helzberg and continue to come back for anything we may need. Everyone is lovely at the Plainfield location. We've been more than pleased. read more

Helzberg Diamonds - My white gold radiant star diamond ring with one yellow gold band and one rose gold band. All three golds! I love it. - Jewelry Near Me - Plainfield, Indiana

I took my engagement ring in to get sized (which we purchased somewhere else) and have the center stone tightened, which is an additional charge. First, they low balled the estimated value of the ring, which had an adverse consequence later. A moot but valid issue. Then a few days later I took the ring to another store for an appraisal where the shop told me the two side stones were loose so they went and tightened them up for me at no charge. Helzburg charged me for tightening one stone and didn't mention the other two were loose. I will not give Helzburg diamonds any business again. read more

Went in looking for an upgrade for my current wedding ring for my 20 year anniversary. The sales people were just "ok" and the selection the same. They seemed to be higher priced than any of the other jewelers in the Indy area (my opinion). I'm not one to tolerate high pressured sales, but got the feeling they could be that way since I was quickly shuffled from the younger sales associate to the more experienced one in less than 5 minutes. read more
