This included framing, siding, installation of windows/doors, front porch/back deck, stairs, interior flooring, installed cabinets, bathroom tile, trim/crown molding, closet organizers, remodeled garage, fence, etc... the list goes on. I just show Phil a picture of what we want and he builds it. The owner Phil Novak and his family have become great friend through this project. I've trust him with a key to our house because he treats it like it's his own. Many of my neighbors, friends and family now use this company. They did an awesome remodel of my neighbor's boat house on Petite Lake. Treat him and his team with respect and they will take good care of you.

Weather was an issue but what was more of an issue was that he worked alone and talked on his phone more than he seemed to work. Many people were commenting on how slow he was working. The rot under the siding was fixed well, the stairs were done in the back well, stairs in front my husband felt the support was suspect (means 4x4s were cut short - he made up some excuse that this was his intent) and door window was damaged and cracked. We have tried to contact him on multiple occasions, even going so far as forgetting all the support issues but wanted our door window repaired or replaced. He has ghosted us!! This is unacceptable. We paid him to do a job and didn't hold back any money (our mistake - now he has no reason to call us back). So now our only option is to hire a lawyer to get our door window repaired or replaced because at this point that's all we care about. We didn't pay all that money to have a door that doesn't function properly!
