My fiancé and I had a sound system installed throughout our house, which resulted in 44 holes in…read morethe drywall all over. We also wanted to paint some rooms in our house, in addition to having the staircase painted (white risers with black hand rail and black caps). My mom had recently used PCS to paint her entire house in the suburbs, and was raving about how great of a job they did. Although we live in the city and PCS is in Grayslake, I decided to reach out to Harry and see if they would service in the city. Harry came out the very next morning at 7:00am to meet with us and go over the scope of our project. He was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions on ways we may be able to cut the cost of the project down. Needless to say, we decided to go with Harry. He sent a crew out the very next week, and we expected the work to take at least the full week. Day one, his painters arrived at 7:30am (no short drive from Grayslake to the City either) and had patched all 44 holes throughout the house while taking very good care of the furniture and other items. They covered everything in tarp/blankets so as not to get dust on anything. By day 2, they began painting and touching up where needed. On day 3, Harry sent out 5 painters (instead of the usual 2 that was over), and the finished the entire project by Wednesday end of day. Having recently moved into a new house, we have dealt with several different contractors, designers, electricians, plumbers, security and sound guys....I can say that working with Harry was definitely our best experience yet. He was also so easy to get in touch with, did an excellent job of following up to ensure that we were happy and his guys were even able to find a can of paint in our basement that I didn't know we had, saving us money on having to buy new paint. Harry treats all his clients like they are family members, and it really made the experience stress-free. Would recommend Harry and PCS to everyone and anyone! Thank you, Harry!

It actually feels like a new home now. I had originally contacted http://titanpainterschicago.com which is a different paint company and they referred me over here since they weren't immediately available so that was nice of them. I asked my friends and family for some recommendations for paint companies. One of my coworkers suggested Dip. He said that Dan the owner was a great guy and they helped him when he moved in as well. My coworker raved about their customer service. He especially loved how helpful everyone on their team is when you have any questions or concerns. Dan the owner is a great leader. I have a lot of respect for bosses that treat their employees well! For my experience with them, they do everything well! They do free estimates and their prices are great. I wanted a paint job that matched the color that was originally there. I guess the original people had a good taste in color but they didn't do a very good job painting. If they used Dip, I wouldn't have wanted to change anything. I was definitely glad that Dip does color matching! The results of the paint job was also super high quality! I have already recommended Dip to several of my friends and family for any paint needs. They're super professional and I can't think of any one better for the job. I'm glad I found them when I needed them. If I ever move and need another paint job, I'll definitely be calling Dip. If you need any of the services that they provide, I would recommend! There's nothing to lose with the free estimates. It's super easy, just call them. Great people, great service, and great quality.
