My complaint is simply this..why do we have to pay for 2 hours of work when the time was one and a half hours. Additionally a half hour of that time was for the tech to go to Home Depot for a part he did not have on his truck. The tech said he called the office and was told to charge this fee. He said if it is more than an hour he rounds up. What is so hard about dividing 2 into 135.00. The answer is $67.50. You should be able to do the math at those prices.
