Nice location. Not far away from the beaten track. The place is spacious, with tons of TVs for sports fans. Food portion is very large, but the quality is great. So thought that their wings would be good if rated so highly! Wrong. First of all, why are they breaded? It makes them soggy. Second, the chicken tasted like leftover wings. Third, there was no celery or blue cheese. The moz sticks were typical ones that kinda seemed like they were baked instead of fried. Been out of town for a few years and this place used to be legit. Had the worst fish tacos I've ever been unfortunate enough to order. Could barely eat them. Cold tortilla, cold cheese, frozen fish and chopped cabbage for 14 bucks. Spent 73 bucks for lunch with drinks and was genuinely disappointed. Can't say I'll ever return. Usually come on a Tuesday night. Tacos are 1 buck for chicken and beef and 2 dollars for a fish. The dos xx Amber is 3 dollars and the tequila shots are 4.5. It's a discounted night but still high quality of Wings and tacos. The bartender is usually the same person on Tuesday... not gonna drop names but she's the sh*tttttt and doesn't take any sh*t either. We also have another server that's a punk rocker bad azz. I had been wanting to try this place for quite awhile. It did not disappoint! There wasn't a crowd but I don't mind that. They have plenty of tv's to watch all the sports and I was able to watch college basketball while my girlfriend and I ate. They have a $6.66 burger special on Wednesday's, select burgers on the menu but a majority of their burgers make the list. You also get a choice of fries. I went with the waffle fries. Yes, yes, and more yes!!! Hell's Kitchen is the best! The Devil Made Me Do It could feed 2 people and the waffle fries are second to none. My friends tried the Mac bowl with blackened shrimp and loved it and another tried the chicken quesadilla and said it was amazing. And the guacamole was incredible. We frequently come here on Wednesdays because theres a special offer for some burger options practically half off ($6.66 ) and good options at that. On this particular occasion I went with my son and some friends we had some burgers and my son nibbled on some fries (he's 2 y.o.) My girlfriend and her sister are vegetarian and I'm pleased to add that the vegetarian options are far above average (knowing how hard it is to find such options at a burger place). All the burgers come with a side of beer battered fries (delish) I tried the tater tots the other day and I would definitely recommend to stick with the fries. (Probably package frozen and a little undercooked on the inside) Now as far as beverages theres a wide range selection of beer on tap, bottled and in can. Local beer on tap is very affordable ($3 to $4 for a pint) and the Brown ale is spectacular. I had the alpine burger ordered it medium and got exactly what I asked for. On top of it the staff made us feel very welcome and was constantly asking if we needed anything else. I would recommend this place hands down and if u can go on Wednesdays it's a lot more affordable, in total 2 burgers and 3 pints were just $25.50 read more

Yo Gordon, you might want to have a look at this location. In the years that I have been eating here, it's gone downhill, culminating in today's disappointing meal which will be my last one there. There are too many other nearby options to tolerate poor service and subpar food. The first change was the Seat Yourself sign at the front. We did, and it took at least 15 minutes for our server to notice we were there. It wasn't busy. We ran out of drinks often and she checked on us just once during our meal, which was late and not correct. We finally got what we ordered, but it was poorly prepared and verging on inedible. The French dip was thick, tough, fatty, slices of beef, rather than the thin slices described in the menu and that I have been served before. The Provolone cheese was lumped together and melted to itself, rather than evenly distributed across the sandwich. The au jus was reduced to almost bouillon levels of saltiness. Finally, when one of my party was using the restroom, a German roach crawled up his leg. O.o read more

Hells kitchen has been a go to downtown favorite of mine for years. I love the cheap, quality food; available late night and for delivery. This restaurant is bar food at it's best. It is also one of the few restaurants that I have tried everything but one item on the menu (The pork belly sandwich). Back in the day this use to be my favorite place to get a burger. Don't get me wrong their burgers are still amazing but traditional. Now a day I like my burgers with fancy shit like bacon jam, shallots, and bison meat. I stopped by today for a quick cheap lunch. My wife ordered the fajita chicken wrap with waffle fries and I ordered the french dip (86 provolone, and sub swiss) with traditional beer battered fries. When we sat down I gave the waitress our attractions coupon for a free entrée and told her we were in a hurry. During my time as a waitress I know that sometimes it can be helpful to be straight up about your time constraints. Anyway our food came out quickly despite the large crowd inside. My wife loved her wrap and happily cleaned her plate. I was underwhelmed with my French dip that lacked meat and was 50% cheese. The fries are always perfect anyway you get them: beer battered, waffle, or sweet potato. Regardless I will be back but I probably won't order this item again. The fish and chips entrée is my go to favorite because the fish is grouper but the wings are also pretty tasty. My only complaint was that it was so loud during lunch that the waitress couldn't hear me. Tip: The live music is awesome but can get loud and crowded in this venue. Order the special! read more

The food is PHENOMENAL. We came in a group and tried lots of menu options. And we loved it all. There wasn't A single dish that was average. Probably the tastiest bar dishes I've tried so far. Kamis favorite was the combo seafood plate and margaritas. Ben says the Philly Cheesesteak was good. Rafael says always get the tots they are great. Taylor ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and she says it's the best one she's had and always orders it when she come here. Disappointed! They used to have the best chickpea vegan wings and I would always get while I was in town. Just went again and they are now making them with blocks of tofu even though it still says chickpea wings on their menu. They are not as good as the original recipe by far. read more

We ordered Mozzarella Sticks, and we never received them, my fiancé ordered a Philly & asked for mayonnaise and we didn't receive it until AFTER we ate all of our food. I have been here a handful of times. When my husband and I first started eating here it was great. We liked it so much we went to get dinner on 4th of July before the firework show down town. They were packed which is understandable. We were sitting at a table and three drunk girls came in and sat at a booth right next to our table. We had ordered way before they even did. They ended up getting two plates of food that were exactly what we had ordered.. I heard what they ordered it was starters. We had a burger and sandwich. They were so drunk they didn't know what they got. Our server had given our food to them. My husband asked the server and she lied to us and made up some excuse as to why we didn't have our food. We had been there for 45 mins before those girls had shown up. The girls ended up dinning and ditching. The waitress was out that money. My husband did give her an extra tip. I didn't like how she lied about the food switch up when we heard what they ordered and saw what came out. We did go one more time here recently and it wasn't the same. The place was nice and the crowd there was mostly middle aged with a few tables of the younger more college aged folk. Apparently they have live music on other nights from other reviews I have read. Hell's Kitchen had lots of TVs all with various games on. Waitress was very good and we did not have to wait long. We had several drink refills and appetizers. I love Hell's Kitchen. My girlfriend and I frequent this establishment often. Yes, it sometimes gets busy and your food may take awhile to come out, but that's part of the experience of dining out. They always have live music on the weekends and they do trivia and other fun stuff throughout the week. They have a full bar, casual atmosphere, and we've always had friendly and attentive service. I love Hell's Kitchen even more now because they've added a whole slew of plant-based options for their vegan customers. I haven't tried one thing on the menu that I did not like- however I've never tried anything with meat so I can't attest to that. But, their tofu and tempeh are *so* good and their vegan cheese is amazing. This is definitely our "go to" place for vegan comfort food. Favorites: The philly cheesesteak and southern fried chicken (both made vegan) are absolutely on point. Their vegan ranch is something else, too! I recommend this place to all of my vegan and non-vegan friends alike and take friends and family there when they are in town. Everyone loves it! read more

Wait time for food was not bad at all. Server kept the drinks coming even though she had a bunch of tables, handled the chaos very nicely. Now the food, was amazing. My loaded fries were forgotten and when they were brought out tasted like I got old fries because they were not hot or fresh tasting. But they still tasted so good with all the cheese they put on them. I ate every single one. Also had a salad which was very good. Tried my boyfriend's burger which was also very good. The only disappointing parts were the temperature of the restaurant (so hot, in the middle of July, too) and also how long the food took to get to us.
