Not only did Rob agree to fix my keyboard issue he did it with lightning-fast speed and at a very reasonable price. Let me define fast. I dropped off my laptop a bit after 7pm which of course is outside regular business hours. I got an email the next morning, even before I was awake saying: "Laptop is all ready to go. Let me know when you would like to pick it up." I had my laptop back in my hands within 30 mins after getting his email. This being Thanksgiving week, I was not expecting that fast of a turn around. I wouldn't expect that quick of a turnaround in a normal week. Color me impressed. I can't recommend Ankeny PC Repair any higher than the 5 stars that Yelp allows. 5+++ is more appropriate. When I let him know what I needed, he unfortunately didn't have what i needed. He quickly countered with that this location has it, and for the inconvenience he would help me out. I took him up on it. He called ahead and they were ready for me. I walked in and they got me the cover I needed and had me back on the road shortly.
