I thought it was a good space for events here, especially related to Kpop. We came at a chill time period as the event was close to ending but the staff were very friendly still with greeting. I was happy getting a freebie postcard and was able to enjoy taking photos inside of the space with the photozones on the walls. Some things that stood out to me was seeing that they're strict on no outside food or drinks, and when I looked at the food and snacks sold, it was mostly Korean ramen or some ice cups, so the vibes here are meant to be very casual convenience-store hangout type. I also saw that the huge floor space also holds dances so that's pretty cool!! I found an album I really wanted to buy and thought it was cool to find exclusive merch from the store branch too from K-pop groups, especially Ateez. It seems like the albums and merch sold are recent (releases from same year or previous year) and aren't oversupplied with past old albums/merch like other kpop stores. Came here for an event pop-up near the end of its closing time and it was pretty empty and relaxeing. I know that there are limited time giveaways at the start/opening, but I didn't really care to get them as I had tickets already. I saw online how it was incredibly packed and busy at the start due to the giveaways. Walking in, we were handed a free exclusive signed postcard from a random artist of the lineup. Some fans were waiting to see who'd you get in hopes of trading. The store itself is big and I enjoy the high ceiling as it wasn't too stuffy inside. The kpop albums sold wasn't bad; some groups were more highlighted than others but it's worth noting that there were exclusive hello82 merch which was nice. I bought a signed album for a good price ($23) and felt content. I think this store is good for the kpop community and helps foster cool things. I enjoy watching the youtube channel too. Past cupsleeve events are sold here too and there's also korean convenience food snacks/ramen station sold and plenty of tables to eat at while listening to kpop. Overall I had a pleasant experience but I do wish there were actually more merch from the artists performing at the actual event that's being advertised! read more

It's a nice pop up space, it seems to have a rotating artists that occupies the space. The outside of the building is pretty plain with one poster and then the entrance of the door. Inside the small hallway entrance is an open space area. For the TXT pop up entrance, there were a activity booths, a paper crown making session to the right, a small mini mart to the right and a Photo Booth area before the main line for the merch area. Although the line was pretty long to get, the line to get the merch was equally as long as that was the main attraction. There was also merchandise throughout the line for other artists as well, people mainly were trying to get the new TXT album that was at the end of the line. Tried asking if there was any light sticks but did not see any, so essentially waited in line for nothing it seems. Walked around to try and trade the random postcard but also no luck in getting a successful trade done. Overall, I think the pop up experience could be more enjoyable if the merch line was done differently and more like a store space, and I think if there was a map for the activities, so we know where everything is and what's for sale before entering the space or standing in line. Merch prices are on the pricer end, so be prepared to splurge a little. read more

Every time I come here its a 10/10 experience, love the aesthetic, the layout, the things to do. I only hate the parking here, its hard to find haha but 12/10 besides that! Staff was super nice! There was a fan me for girls set. It was very unorganized. The staff really did not care and someone of the staff end up coming out when someone who was a fan made their own fan line. They end up coming out and making it more messy than I should've. And she basically told everybody that was already in a line off property with the manager told us to get off property and we listen and we made our own fan line and the person that works here came out and basically told everybody in line going by section and section Telling everybody that our line doesn't mean nothing and whoever gets there is basically first in line and basically is free-for-all whoever gets in gets out and I made more of a mess when the manager should've allowed the fans to have their own online that we made to help them out, but they didn't want to And they made it worse for other people who been there at four in the morning lose their place because they told people is basically free-for-all and it's not right and I'm gonna be posting a picture of the lady who started it and hopefully she gets accountability. What she did was wrong And get something solved because she was the one who started all this and I really had a bad experience at hello 82 and I'm trying to give everybody a heads up for next events. Just be careful with the staff. I really didn't have a good time. Just be careful with the staff because they really don't care. read more

we were only the 15th person in line for the babymonster pop up and they ran out of signed albums within the 12th person. Its a gimmick to get you there with very limited promotional items to just get you to buy something because you are there. do not recommend unless you are third in line. We asked a staff how many signed albums they usually get and she didn't respond which indicated they don't get much stock at all. So we came back the next day and my daughter is very disappointed because it they only say they have signed albums for u to come there and buy something else. I guess there is a reason why some places are pop up and not perm. read more

One star for the Le Sserafim pop up event. Store opened at 11am and I arrived around 11:40am. There was a line for the exclusive Le Sserafim photocard that I started to wait in line for. When I got there, there was no indication of where the queue was or how the queue line was supposed to go. Staff members seemed to be equally confused as there was no crowd control and almost a free for all. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes, we were told that all photocards were already claimed for the day. There was no previous announcement of how many photo cards would be issued per day. Attempted to buy a t-shirt in the merch line was told half way that the size was sold out already. Does this store not anticipate people buying merch?? I do NOT live close to this location and the time to take my day off to drive through traffic and the gas just to get nothing was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place and will go elsewhere for my kpop needs. I suggest you do the same. read more

Dead AF! Came here for our second time to vendor. Once before they remodel and second time after their remodel. Place is nice inside. Safe for trading and to hang out and shop. I came early and while my daughter was setting up I started browsing. I was told I couldn't browse until they opened so I sat and waited. How do you tell shoppers you can't browse? I'm too old to shoplift. Anyways I complied. I watched as customers that were trading photo cards get asked to eat outside because they brought outside food in. They were told they had to buy food at their snack bar that has no food but only drinks, ice cream and one style of Korean snack. I would understand if they sold food but they don't. Those customer left. The place is dead and they dont seem to be very nice especially for a business that had no customers. Vendors should do their business elsewhere and trading PC's can be done somewhere busier. Totally disappointed. The staff at hello 82 should be more understanding if you want customers bc you probably lost a few today. read more
