It was to fix the wifi/bt module, which ultimately got replaced, with, in my opinion, a quick turnaround of two weeks. It's only been a day, but the PS3 is fully functional again, and I was informed of a warranty which truly reflects the confidence and quality behind their work :o). Thank you again !!

They knew their stuff, explained everything, and actually cared about helping me find the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had my 8-month-old with me, and they were super welcoming. I was actually looking for a book that I couldn't find online. I thought that I could ask in person. Well... The Sister who helped me was very kind. She told me that the book was out of print and a new edition is in the works. Okay! I looked around the shop and found many gifts! Besides books and CDs/DVDs, there are also rosaries, Prayer Cards, gift bags, children's items, figurines, pouches, and more! If you need a gift for a Baptism, Holy Communion, or Confirmation, this is the perfect place to shop! There's also a Chapel in the back with a nice, comfy seating area in front of it - and a statue of Saint Paul near the door. I wrote some prayer requests in the book - so, I feel like I'm getting more help! I was glad that I found this Pauline Bookstore. There are others across the USA and one in Canada.
