When she brought the food to my table I immediately realized I was going to need take-home containers. The brisket sandwich comes with a half a pound of brisket, and it appeared to be every bit that much if not more. Both of the sizes were generous helpings. I have children who live in Nashville in Kansas City, and frequently eat barbecue when I visit those two cities. I think this brisket was as good as any I've had at those places. The potato salad was good. There was nothing too special about the baked beans, but they were also good. If you're missing your barbecue and wondered where to go in this area, Kaz's barbecue is definitely worth a stop.
