    Tiffany did an amazing job! I'm so glad I found this salon and can't wait to go back. My husband gets his haircuts here and suggested i try it out myself and I'm definitely happy I did. They gave my daughters a quick trim while I got my hair done and they were happy as well. I asked them to not dye over my colored streaks and the had no problem covering them so the black hair dye didn't touch them.

    I went in for a hair cut and decided to color my hair last minute. Hai and Tiffany worked together on my hair (I have a lot of hair). I got natural highlights and layers. I love the way it came out. I will be going back for hair color and hair cuts.

    I searched this salon up on google and it did not disappoint!! Fast and quick and the cut?! AMAZING. They washed and blow dried my hair in the service which was amazing because I'm always shy to ask! Ive always struggled over explaining what I want and always end up with something different. All I had to do was show a picture and he already got what I wanted! The gentleman that helped both my husband and I knew what he was doing! I will be coming back! They are busy BUT that only means they are good! A very quiet and calm environment! 10/10 recommend! PSA there is all types of ethnicities here so you will most definitely feel comfortable!

    I checked out Hello Salon because of their great Google reviews. I called last Sunday to see if they take walk-ins and then went in for a haircut. The salon was really bright and clean. Tony did a solid job with the front layers--they look super natural. As you see how it effortlessly sits on the side. My only thing is the bottom layers weren't as blended as the front framing pieces, but it's not a biggie. I'll just need to wait for my hair to grow out more for it to seem more natural. Overall, I got a good haircut for the price and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

Either way, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The setup is great with chairs lined up next to each other and across from each other divided by a "color bar" where your colorist mixes the colors in front of you in preparation. They also offer blow drys and styling for an additional price. Otherwise, you come in for a color, wash/rinse, and can finish styling yourself at a self service station with a blow dryer, styling products, and comb or brush of your choice. I definitely plan to return because I enjoyed the experience and like how my color turned out. I signed up for a membership. I will not be using their deep conditioning products in the future. I upgraded and added it to my service but had many tangles and knots in my hair to comb out after my rinse.

The owner focused heavily on whether my appointment was booked the day before or the same day. If my recollection of the exact timeline was off by a day, I acknowledge that. At the time, I was traveling for work and coordinating appointments through my sister, who was calling multiple salons on my behalf while I was in transit. However, that was never the point. My concern was the lack of flexibility and customer care shown throughout the situation. Businesses have every right to enforce their policies. Customers also have every right to decide whether they feel valued when something goes wrong. Frankly, I found the owner's response far more concerning than the original dispute itself. The decision to publicly disclose extensive details about my appointment history, billing dispute, consultation, and private interactions felt unnecessarily personal, deeply unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a public business review. Readers can draw their own conclusions. Personally, the owner's response spoke far louder than my review ever could, and I will not be returning or recommending this business. Original Review: I understand salons have cancellation and no-show policies, and I accepted responsibility for missing a same-day appointment due to an unexpected work obligation. However, after not visiting the salon for over 52 weeks, I had completely forgotten they still had my card on file. I was surprised to learn I had been charged $117 for a same-day appointment, especially since there was no opportunity to provide 48 hours' notice on a same-day booking. As a returning customer after more than a year, I believe it would have been reasonable for the reservationist to clearly communicate that a same-day no-show would result in an immediate charge of over $100. A simple reminder at the time of booking could have avoided this entire situation. What I find most unacceptable is being told the charge would remain as a credit that could be applied toward future services, only to later be told I could no longer be serviced by the salon. If a business decides it no longer wishes to have someone as a client, that is its right. However, keeping a customer's money as a service credit while simultaneously refusing to provide services raises serious concerns about fairness and communication. Very poor business practice by Tim, the owner. The communication was inconsistent, the handling of this situation was disappointing, and it is not how I would expect a returning customer to be treated.
