The setup is great with chairs lined up next to each other and across from each other divided by a "color bar" where your colorist mixes the colors in front of you in preparation. They also offer blow drys and styling for an additional price. Otherwise, you come in for a color, wash/rinse, and can finish styling yourself at a self service station with a blow dryer, styling products, and comb or brush of your choice. I definitely plan to return because I enjoyed the experience and like how my color turned out. I signed up for a membership. I will not be using their deep conditioning products in the future. I upgraded and added it to my service but had many tangles and knots in my hair to comb out after my rinse.
