The dogs came out looking nice. Lucy my Golden Doodle was groomed first. Her coat was getting long and I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do a medium shave. They were able to keep her at a medium length. They did a complete grooming. Even their teeth looked great. My white doodle had some redness on one back paw The paw might have been cut too close. She has been chewing it since the visit four days ago. It's post grooming dermatitis. I appreciated their honesty. I don't want the tip money back. I had reached out on the Yelp app. I created a project while getting information from another company nearby. Several companies reached out. Wonderful experienc, They were great about coming as soon as they could with my last groomer I would have to plan at least a week ahead to get groomed. They said they could come the next day . Which made me super happy. They were very clear on their prices, and if my dog needed more attention that it would cost more. which was greatly appreciated, some groomers dont tell you they will charge extra if the dog is matted bad, which is understandable, only if your told it will cost extra, because admit it that is more maintenance on the dog. I have a golden retriever, and she kept the style of a long hair golden, she didnt buzz cut my dong like the last person did.. and my golden looked bald, I hated it. She was wonderful, got the hair inbetween her nails which is always a problem, and of course the nails themselves were cut short, we have hard wood floors so they make alot of noise if they are too long. She texted me when she was on her way with an ETA which was the exact time of my appointment, talk about on time, I was so happy, she listened to all my isntructions, i like the hair right under her but cut alittle shorter so she doesnt catch poop in it, and she understood and did as I asked. My dogs hair was not too short which I loved, but it was shorter. I did not get the deshed, because she alread shed her coat for the winter, but whens he does shed her winter coat I will be calling them for that!! I am sure they are wonderful at that as well. I was so happy with the service, even more happy with the cut, and that they came right to me, its a huge weight off my shoulders. One less thing on my plate, and the price I thought was a little high, but when I actually thought about all she did and came to me, and how often I get get my dog cut, it is not so bad , and I will be using them again for all future appointments. I have a large German shepherd that wont go to the reg. Groomers. He prefers the drive up service. It is quick and very thorough. He gets de shedded saving us in fur balls at home and smells wonderful after his grooming. Down side: they cut his nails too far back and he was bleeding on his last visit. He has black nails! Hard to gauge. Very happy that our groomer is confident enough to manage Harry well and get him looking great. read more

Roland did the grooming -- he has a great skill set when it comes to the actual grooming of the dog -- just as importantly he does an excellent job in working with the owner of the dog. He was running late for our scheduled appointment -- not only did he call me he sent me a text. When he arrived he asked me specifically how I wanted Duke's hair cut. We went from head to tail -- and I described how I wanted each section to look. When he was finished both my wife and son said how "fantastic" he looked.
