The dogs came out looking nice. Lucy my Golden Doodle was groomed first. Her coat was getting long and I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do a medium shave. They were able to keep her at a medium length. They did a complete grooming. Even their teeth looked great. My white doodle had some redness on one back paw The paw might have been cut too close. She has been chewing it since the visit four days ago. It's post grooming dermatitis. I appreciated their honesty. I don't want the tip money back. I had reached out on the Yelp app. I created a project while getting information from another company nearby. Several companies reached out. Once I started reading the reviews, I decided on this company. Hello Pets is very thorough when grooming. read more

Hello Pets Groomers - Pet Groomers Near Me

First time using Hello Pet Groomers and we were very happy. Communication from the groomers office and Steven was good, for expected time. Steven was very nice and profesional. She had a lot of knots so he did his best to save as much hair possible. He took his time to make sure she looked amazing, which we loved. I highly recommend Steven and we will definitely use this company again and request him. read more

This was the first time we used a mobile pet grooming service for our dog, and it was such a wonderful experience with outstanding service for a great price. Hello Pets offers a premium service for a decent price. I traveled to South Florida for vacation, and I took my dog with us. I had heard about this particular groomer, and I kept my eye out for it. My dog was groomed by the owner, Roland, who was such a gentle and professional groomer. The scheduling process was easy and the van was clean inside. Overall, 100% recommended. read more

Caring, personalized attention to pets and their owners. When our 15-month-old goldendoodle became anxious to efforts to demat her hair, the groomer Nelson Velasquez thought I could be of help by being present and speaking to our dog in a calming manner to reduce her anxiety. Though it was still a sensitive - somewhat painful - process, our pup Goldie trusted us, and I trusted the groomer for caring enough to let me comfort our dog. read more

I have been using their services for my pet for over a year, and they always do an excellent job. They are professional, gentle, and very caring. What I appreciate the most is that my dog is always comfortable with them and is never afraid when they come to provide their service. You can tell they truly care about animals and treat them with kindness. I highly recommend them. read more

WOW! Woof! Hello Pet Groomers associate was exceptional! He was caring, kind and above all a true pro at his craft! He confirmed the appointment the day before, texted with an ETA keeping us informed of his arrival. Our Winnie is very wary of strangers and of having her nails clipped. We warned him to muzzle the 15 pound rottweiler wannabe. There was no need. Winnie took to his gentle approach and an hour later we had a new dog, clean and happy. She ran around the house, sprinting here and there showing off her new "do"! Thank you! We highly recommend Hello Pet Groomers! read more

Reasonably priced, professional, happy with service. Dog smelled so good for a while after. Groomer was very friendly.

I have used this company for months and had the same groomer and always happy. Today they sent a new person that clearly doesn't understand English and could not follow the directions. All 4 of my dog's paw pads are completely ripped off and blood is everywhere. This is ANIMAL ABUSE. DO NOT use this business now that they have switched employees. Animal cruelty. I will definitely report them. read more

Wonderful experienc, They were great about coming as soon as they could with my last groomer I would have to plan at least a week ahead to get groomed. They said they could come the next day . Which made me super happy. They were very clear on their prices, and if my dog needed more attention that it would cost more. which was greatly appreciated, some groomers dont tell you they will charge extra if the dog is matted bad, which is understandable, only if your told it will cost extra, because admit it that is more maintenance on the dog. I have a golden retriever, and she kept the style of a long hair golden, she didnt buzz cut my dong like the last person did.. and my golden looked bald, I hated it. She was wonderful, got the hair inbetween her nails which is always a problem, and of course the nails themselves were cut short, we have hard wood floors so they make alot of noise if they are too long. She texted me when she was on her way with an ETA which was the exact time of my appointment, talk about on time, I was so happy, she listened to all my isntructions, i like the hair right under her but cut alittle shorter so she doesnt catch poop in it, and she understood and did as I asked. My dogs hair was not too short which I loved, but it was shorter. I did not get the deshed, because she alread shed her coat for the winter, but whens he does shed her winter coat I will be calling them for that!! I am sure they are wonderful at that as well. I was so happy with the service, even more happy with the cut, and that they came right to me, its a huge weight off my shoulders. One less thing on my plate, and the price I thought was a little high, but when I actually thought about all she did and came to me, and how often I get get my dog cut, it is not so bad , and I will be using them again for all future appointments. I would def recommend them to any one in the area.. read more

I have a large German shepherd that wont go to the reg. Groomers. He prefers the drive up service. It is quick and very thorough. He gets de shedded saving us in fur balls at home and smells wonderful after his grooming. Down side: they cut his nails too far back and he was bleeding on his last visit. He has black nails! Hard to gauge. Very happy that our groomer is confident enough to manage Harry well and get him looking great. read more

Roland, groomed all four of my dogs. He was kind patient took his time and did a very nice job.

Hello Pets took very good care of my elderly boy. He was desperately in need of a grooming and as I am unable to drive him to the groomers anymore, I called Hello Pets. Showed up on time. Did a great job at a good price. Treated my dog great and she was so soft and looked great!

HelloPets Groomers did a fantastic job job of grooming our nearly 3 year old golden retriever (Duke). Roland did the grooming -- he has a great skill set when it comes to the actual grooming of the dog -- just as importantly he does an excellent job in working with the owner of the dog. He was running late for our scheduled appointment -- not only did he call me he sent me a text. When he arrived he asked me specifically how I wanted Duke's hair cut. We went from head to tail -- and I described how I wanted each section to look. When he was finished both my wife and son said how "fantastic" he looked. I have already scheduled his next grooming appointment with HelloPets/Roland. read more

Hello Per Groomers were quick to respond to email, within minutes. Scheduling was easy. The groomer kept me apprised of his timing on appointment day and he was prompt, professional and courteous.
