I found Elmira on groupon because she came highly recommended. I was a little leery at first because I had not had the best experiences on groupon as well. This was.... probably top 5 best decisions I've made in my life! Again, it had been a while since I had been waxed and was nervous about the amount of pain I would endure. I'm also a bit of a prude, which added several stages to my comfortability level. Elmira put me at ease, conversing with me the entire time. It was like talking to one of my girlfriends! Seriously! Out of 5 (5 being horrific pain!), my pain level was about a 1.5. She finished the job within 30 minutes (waxing times are longer for first timers or for those who don't get waxed often). Enter the grocery store and head straight to the back left past the food court! You'll see their sign and enter through a door. Roohi is a sweet, older, experienced cosmetologist who specialised in eyebrow threading that I would drive over 2 hours to make sure she was the only one who touched my brows! She took on an assistant and eventually sold her salon to her assistant, and this new owner is equally as talented and thorough in giving me exactly what I want. I absolutely adore coming here! There's a reason I recommend her to all my friends- who love her too. She's great! Love how I look, and $6 eyebrow threading price point is great too!! Tons of people come for facials and other services, I can't speak to that as I've never tried these services. My recommendation is to come here when you have some time- not the greatest place to go when you're in a rush. She doesn't do a rushed job at all, and there's usually a line of people waiting. You might be able to make an appointment if you call ahead. She is just one person offering all these services, but I did see she's taking on an assistant of her own so that might help with servicing more people quickly.
