They are very friendly, professional and definitely caring; which it shows from the welcoming through the entrance door as well as the lash technician, checkout and they always ask me before I leave "Was everything ok today Ms. Lannis?" This is the BEST lash salon in Houston. Make your appointment because all the techs are very good.

I'm in Houston for work and hadn't been able to get my results fill at home due to my lash artist being ill. My hotel found Lashes by Ann for me and the high ratings they gave are completely deserved. It's not the most glamorous place on the planet, but I was looking for competency, not a spa day. They fit me in on a Sunday, knowing I wouldn't be a regular, returning customer and treated me as though I was their best customer. My lashes are perfect, which is not a compliment I give out easily. Lauren immediately understood what I was looking for, and delivered exactly that: my lashes, but better. I'm not looking for the kind of eyelash that could kill a butterfly and I find that many lash places would like to push volume service on their customers. There was a humble and nurturing soul, Lauren, who delivered what I requested while I took the most necessary and satisfying nap. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lashes by Ann to anyone with high service expectations.

My nails are always clean, simple, and exactly how I like them--but she's also super creative when I want to switch it up. Half the time I have no idea what I want and she helps me pick colors/designs that actually look good every time. She's consistent, easy to talk to, and just makes the whole experience comfortable. Now her and my girl Amanda are at Belgravia and let me just say...from the moment you walk in they make you feel amazing BEST. DECISION. EVER. This salon is hands down the BEST in Houston and I don't say that lightly. The vibe is giving luxury, the service is top tier, and everything is just done right. They're over here serving dragon fruit mojitos like excuse me?? It's giving nails + vibes + a whole experience. Yes it's a little bit of a drive for me now--but I'd drive across the city without thinking twice. That's how good she is. If you want consistency, quality, and a nail tech who actually cares--Veronica is THAT girl. Always has been, always will be!

The process to schedule the appt over the phone took longer than I expected and someone snagged up the 2:30pm. I had to settle for the 5:30pm, which I guess wasn't too bad. I was hesitant to try Nina out because it was just her second day here and there were no reviews for me to refer to. I took the chance and it ended up working out. I got there on time, completed the paper work and Nina took me in to get prepped. She showed me a few pics as reference and I showed her what I wanted and the lengths [10,12,13 and 14]. We wrapped up at 7pm and my lashes looked good. My eyes weren't red and none of the lashes were stuck together. I do wish she alternated the lengths a little bit more like I requested but I'll make sure that happens upon my refill. Few things to note: there's plenty of parking, the shop is very clean and you get $10 if you leave a review on Yelp with a picture and another $10 if you pre-book your refill appt 14 days after your initial appt.

I should have given them a 5 star sooner. The receptionist is always very sweet. Unfortunately, i was there when Erica A (customer below) was there and it was infuriating to hear her mistreat the workers there. I get Classic lashes, i know what Classic looks like -this customer walked out with a very full Glamour set but refused to pay that price. In fact, she even stated she didn't HAVE the 130 to pay for the Glamour lashes and all she had was $85. Then stated she would be back at 6pm so they could fill them in more - but refused to pay any additional charge. This woman's sense of entitlement was ridiculous. This place has the right to refuse service. Not surprised she gave them a 1 star. You cant go around not paying people for their time and service. Even after they waived her $30 lash removal fee. Any ways, This place is legit and they have a cute little set up. I ALWAYS fall asleep during the process, really nice. Get tons of compliments on my lashes.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years at glamour Lashes By Hannah. Hannah does my eyelash…read moreextensions. I have gotten pink eye from her establishment twice. Why I went back, I question every day. She doesn't change the sheets between clients, she offers a blanket every time that I know is not washed between clients, so I decline. She doesn't leave her chair when she calls her next client into her station. I'm not sure how she has time to sterilize her equipment; therefore, I don't think she does. This last time I went to her, I got a horrible infection that resulted in my eyelashes falling out. I have no eye eyelashes! The pain was unbelievable, so much so that I almost went to the emergency room. I couldn't sleep, my eyes were red and felt like they were bulging out of my head! I went to my eye doctor twice and thank goodness my eyes are okay and I'm grateful for that. However, I have no eyelashes! I questioned her in the past about the eye infections I've had and questioned her about her sterilization procedures. In her broken English, she told me she does sterilize between clients. I do not believe that she sterilizes her tools. I've have two friends who have also gotten eye infections from her. One day as I was waiting for my appointment, a lady was checking out and questioning the receptionist as to why her eyes have been so itchy and red the last time she got her eyelash extensions. That should've been my clue, amongst others, to not return. When I go to my nail salon, they open a package of tools that have been through a sterilization process. Hannah's business does not do that! Shame on me for returning and I learned my lesson the hard way. She did return my money, including my tip and offered me free eyelash extensions when my eyelashes grow back, really? I will never get eyelash extensions again. I'm grateful that my eyes were not permanently damaged. My eyelashes will grow back, but I will never get eyelash extensions again. Please be aware that it appears that Hannah is violating health codes. I have notified the health department. She could truly damage someone's eyes permanently! It's just not worth the risk. Hopefully she will get a violation and get her act together by changing the sheets between clients, bringing a new blanket in each time a client walks into her station and properly sterilizes her tools with the proper sterilization equipment. This is a disaster waiting to happen... I was lucky there was only my eye eyelashes and my eyesight was not damaged. Hannah, I've seen that you have responded to others who have given you a low rating. Don't you dare respond to this one with any excuses. Hopefully the health department will be knocking on your door any day now. I would suggest that you get your act together and sterilize your equipment and change the sheets! That's disgusting!

I reached out to them the day after to ask if my eyes being so red and burning was normal and the girl told me it's totally fine and my eyes are just sensitive to the tape- this salon should really stop giving medical advice and start cleaning their equipment and facility. Clearly their equipment or the hands touching my eyes was infected- be careful the bacteria that causes pink eye is very contagious! Also they used very harsh tape to hold my lower lashes down and the entire two and half hour process was painful- I told the lady putting my lashes on that it was burning and I could feel the tape going into my eye but she just didn't care.
