Went here two weeks ago to get my lashes lifted and tinted for a more natural no make up look for my vacation in Portugal. I bought my experience from Groupon to try them out first. I drove to the location and be on the know that they only have valet. I checked in and I was led to wait upstairs. The vibe of the place was so minimalist - black and white! They specialize in hair stuff - wigs and eyelashes. They have water and coffee for those waiting by the bench. I was attended to by Bailey momentarily and was led to my room - ready to go. Bailey was sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable during the procedure. She took before and after photos with my consent. Very respectful. She's so good in her craft and I am sooooooo happy with the outcome. I definitely will be back!!! Thank you Bailey! You made my trip to Portugal more prettier;) I didn't have to glue on fake lashes as this procedure with a little mascara on does the job! read more

I have been living next to this spa for over a year and overlooked it plenty of times. Once I saw all the services they offer I knew I had to give it a try. The salon looks really nice and clean. I had no problem scheduling an appointment. In fact, I scheduled for in two days! They have teeth whitening, facials, hair treatments, hair services lashes and more. I been getting my lashes done by the same person for YEARSSS and I'm boujee AF and like color and super volume I came in nervous but I saw MARIE, She was super sweet and amazing fr was patient and she came THRUUUUUU she was patient and her hands were so soft and light which is something I value! My wash was not through, my hair still felt itchy and dirty, telling the stylist, she proceeded to say, "well idk", instead of scrubbing my scalp. My chair experience was all fine, until the reveal 5 hours later. I went to the restroom, and returning to grab my things. The stylist was gone, if I did have questions. Heading to pay, I met both owners who complimented my hair. Taking photos and video, hyping it up. Knowing the awful job done to my hair. Heading to my car I felt my hair sliding back. Pulling my mirror down, noticing my hair line exposed, with my closure and sew in just installed. Being my first time getting weave. I didn't know how it's supposed to look. I was so heartbroken, because I didn't feel pretty. I called a friend who referred me, she immediately told me to go back inside. Trying to make it right. It was better, but It didn't feel like $700 worth. Next day my hair is slipping again. I'm hurt. To the stylist and owners who were there and left, knowing of the issue without making sure I was ok. I was not given the Bella experience. Just in response to the owner, ma'am I explained to you that it was my first time getting a weave during my booking. Y'all were very helpful in my booking process due to me being inexperienced. I'm also not contesting the fact, I asked for a closure sew in, with no glue applied. That's exactly what I want. That's not my issue, my issue is the fact it wasn't executed at the highest standard as perceived on your page, and your business reputation. Yes, I said when done, I was satisfied, due to no understanding, but as I mentioned. I got to my vehicle and felt it pulling back. I called a friend, who does get her hair done regularly, and at your business faithfully to ask if it was correct. She advised me, "no" and stated I should explain my concerns. I returned where yes, y'all did immediately take action after being examined, and stating my case. I feel that should have been noticed by you, as the owner(s), and mentioned by the stylist of my "widow peak". Never have my hair line been a problem. If it was to be a problem I should of been advised. Yes, she fixed something that should have already been done, and accommodated by her being a professional. I left with it being "better", as y'all the owners stated in the parking lot, heading to y'all vehicles. At no means was it the Bella way, not by the reviews and referral. Here on day two my hair look a month old, and my scalp is on fire. My hair is decent thanks to my friend giving me tips. I hate my "Bella experience" was not as great as referred, because you have a lovely establishment. I'm heart broken that I want to take my hair down on day two, wasting my hard earned money. In addition the stylist should have not been preparing for anything, until the client have left and no concerns. Being in the chair for 5 hour. I had to go to the restroom, when I returned she was gone. Have she been there, I could of stressed my concerns instead of asking my friend. When headed down stairs where I met y'all the owner. Y'all both advised it looked nice. Where y'all took pictures and videos of my hair, as the stylist should of did, If she thought she did a great job. I thought it was nice. I had the full Bella Experience make up, teeth whitening, Bella bundles sew-in, and lashes. Amazing service everyone was so welcoming and kind. I will never go to another salon. I plan on getting my lashes and brows done next. Will post an update. This is my new htx salon. One stop shop. If you want to get beat head to toe this is the place. Travelled in for a wedding last weekend of January. I suck at makeup so for larger events i usually find An MUA. UNFORTUNATELY i hated my make up. I had to call my girl in LA via favetime to talk me through fixing it. I looked casket sharp when I left. The MUA wasnt very receptive to conversation.. she was pretty cold and spoke often on the phone while doing the make up. MUA was wura. I have a lot of friends in htx who know her/ know of her and were actually shocked she was the one to put that mess on my face. I guess she just had a bad day...on my face lmao. Extra stat because she was forgiving of my lateness due to a pretty bad accident on the highway. All in all with cost of service and RT uber transport over $100 wasted :( As for TBE the place is clean, posh, and welcoming in general from when u walk in. read more

I've found a place that's familiar but new to me and my new place to come. Last week I stopped in to inquire about the services they offer and today I had my first lash appointment with Demi. I give the establishment and the atmosphere 5 stars and I definitely give Demi 5 stars. I truly love my lashes. Demi was very professional, took her time, friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure to do my lashes in a style that fit my eyes. I won't lie, I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. And I've already told several people they need to go ahead and make an appointment too! read more

I had an appointment for a touch up on my microblading and I was on my way driving to the shop and Ehinor called me at the last minute and cancelled my appointment. It's almost a month now since then and she never had a courtesy to call me back and reschedule. I'm very disappointed and it's been almost 2 months and one of my eye brow is uneven. Let me start this review by saying the customer service and communication here is extremely poor. I had an appointment booked here that was cancelled an hour before because the stylist was not feeling well (totally understandable). The stylist asked if i would like to cancel or reschedule. I responded immediately and said i would like to reschedule for the following week which is this week. I did not receive a response back. About 12 hours later i asked if i could reschedule AGAIN and still no response. I then called from a different number and the stylist picked up and said she is trying to find a time for me for the requested day. She easily could've responded with that but no. 2 days go by and i still hadn't heard from her....POOR COMMUNICATION. I then spoke with someone via IG because I wanted a refund for hair I purchased since I cancelled my appointment at this point. The person responding was very nice and apologetic and offered me a complimentary appointment with another stylist. Fast forward, I get there today at 3:00pm. My original appointment was at 2:00pm but someone called me at 1:44pm to change the time. So I arrive and sit in the lobby for about 5 min prior to the receptionist telling me that the person that does shampoos and braid downs is done for the day because she has her own appointment. This made absolutely no sense. She then asked if I would like to reschedule. I live 50 minutes away from this shop so absolutely not. Luckily my hair was already freshly washed so they were able to go forward with my appointment. After waiting in the lobby for an hour it is not 4:00pm and I ask when will my hair be started on since i did have a 3:00 appointment (2:00 originally) and she said it will be another hour. I have never experienced a back to back disappointment like i did today. I wasted my entire day off preparing for an appointment that never happened. They don't care about your time or you at all here and it was proven to me TWICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. There are so many other salons and stylists in Houston that actually care about and value you as the customer. read more

I had the pleasure of getting my lashes done today by Adrianna and they look amazing! I have gotten my lashes done in the past, but they never have looked as good as what she did today.
