When I expressed my concerns, she said it was "pretty," but that doesn't change that it wasn't what I requested. She offered for me to come back, but after this experience, the trust isn't there. She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

I had the Gel X Overlay Extensions. After 40 years of Acrylic tips with an overlay (on and off), I tried something new. Kateryna did a fantastic job and I really love my nails. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that was walking around, but she was so nice and offered to bring beverages to the customers. Overall this place was wonderful and I will be back.

The lady at the counter did not know how she could help me, so she asked someone else. This person was very unkind towards me when I showed her how that it was printed wrong. I told her that this was not 8' long. She argued that it was and was very rude and condescending towards me. She did not appear happy with her job, never smiled and did not really want to help me. Very dismissive and basically said it was my fault. She finally said that we would have to resubmit online again and will not charge me, but when I come back to pick, she wanted me to bring the first back because " you can't have both for free"?!? Her name is Jayden. I wend back today to pick up the new online order and met with Staci, who was very kind and smiled the whole time. She also said she had a wonderful time printing my banner and said it looked beautiful! As my husband and I walked out of the store, Jayden was at the register, not a smile on her face, and watched us as we walked out the door with both banners. I already got my Tdap booster last year and don't need hep B. She was also quite thorough when I told her I didnt want the mRNA Covid vaccine as I had bad reactions to it, hence the Nuvaxovid. Everything went smoothly here and thanks to the pharmacy staff that got me in and out quickly and now updated on my fall immunizations! Yea!
