I've been going to hello donuts for awhile since they're close to my job- I normally go in the mornings but decided to come at 5pm because I wanted a BLT. I waited in the drive thru line and window for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement even tho the lady was at the coffee machine that was next to the drive thru window and when I went inside I wasn't acknowledged for another couple of minutes until I coughed very very loudly a couple of times. Their donuts don't leave an after taste for me. They must change out their oil more often than other Donut shops. 02. 2 Lunch Combo w/ Fountain Drink - $8.50 - 3 Stars Orange Chicken, Beef & Broccoli with Fried Rice - These items just came out of the kitchen when I arrived so I was tempted to order. The Chicken pieces were still crispy and the sauce was piping hot. The Beef & Broccoli was my fave of the 2, the Beef was super tender and the Broccoli were cooked just perfect, not over cooked, it still had a crunchy bite to it. Fried Rice was fresh and tasty, it was dried up like at most places sitting out under the heat lamp. Verdict - All in all was a good food haul for cheap. Distancing: Yes, they had a sign and asked you to stay 6 feet apart Inside Dining: No, all of their tables and chairs were pushed to one side to limit any contact. Very rarely am I totally dissatisfied beyond belief. It started with a 50 cents surcharge fee for card. They make them fresh throughout the day, so even if you come in later in the day, you're not buying donuts from early early morning They also have my favorite local bagels with cream cheese! Donut holes were tasty and not greasy at all, blueberry donuts were very fluffy and sweet.
