He does a…read morethorough and professional job, using equipment that a regular homeowner just doesn't have, and getting even second story window ledges and trim clean of that perpetual dusty buildup. This time we also asked him to wash our driveway, and out of his truck he pulled a device that looked like a floor sander! He hosed down the driveway to rid it from leaves and stones, then he scrubbed it with the floor-sander-like device, and finally he powerwashed it. Wow. It looks terrific. I really like how fresh and clean all of our cement and brick looks, and of course he got the old bird nest residue as well. Simply Clean does great work, and I've recommended it to friends with good results as well.

David always does a great job. Highly recommend his services. Very nice guy and easy to work with.read more

After telling me the job would take ~3 days, he left the second day without all the old tile even being removed. He came on the third day, and then left at noon to get lunch or something. He never came back. He said he would drop something off that night, but never did. He never answered his phone again. I paid him 2/3 of his price and he disappeared without even having the old tile fully removed. It cost me more than his initial quote to have someone else come and finish the job. I don't think this business exists anymore, but just in case, I'm going to leave this review to say DO NOT HIRE this contractor. And if you do, do not pay anything in advance.

The tiles were installed poorly and are crooked. The curb for the shower doesn't slant properly, allowing water to leak out. They scratched the expensive bidet toilet. They didn't measure things correctly. Awful experience. I had to be there every minute to supervise or they would have done even more wrong. They were going to use a toxic substance to clean the grout off the tiles after leaving it on for weeks.
