We had 2 trees removed, which Roy, and crew, did well, but there was trouble cleaning up the debris from grinding the trunks. We had agreed the holes would be cleaned out and filled with dirt. After waiting four days after the trees came down, we called to see when they would return, which they did, the next day. They complained about having to do the work, tried to dump debris in a vacant lot behind our house, got angry when we explained this was not allowed, and left with no holes dug out at all. Roy was angry due to a hard week and said this was too much work. We are left with the rest of the job. If you're looking for trees to be cut down, this company is fine, and the receptionist is very pleasant, but be on guard for Roy's temper, and lack of living up to his promises.
