Ryan installed a rack and pinion in my car without making sure it was set to zero and then sent me…read moreto go get an alignment as if an alignment would somehow fix the fact that my steering wheel was upside down and my turn signals no longer worked and the abs and traction lights flashing on the dash would all somehow be fixed with an alignment. he blindsided me and overcharged me and he lied about his mistakes to try and cover it up. he promised me a 1 year warranty AND then blocked me after his second attempt to fix my car failed. he spent 3 more days taking the whole car back apart and putting it back together and admitted to needing to replace my steering shaft due to having to damage it to remove it and then I found out later he actually just put the old one back in. a lot of the parts he charged me brand new prices for were actually rusty okd and used. he also mismatched my cars trim and installed components that aren't even compatible with my car. he lied about absolutely everything that he ever said to me from the moment I met him until the day he blocked me and kept my money and breached our contract. I still continue to find more proof of more lies. he even said at one point that he "didnt have a woman in is life" and to please excuse the mess in his car for that reason while giving me a ride home and then later on he must have forgotten which version of the narrative he was going with because he casually referred to "spending time eith his girlfriend" in some other conversation just 2 days later. how do you go from "not having a woman in your life" to "spending time with my girlfriend" two days later?? like I dont even give a shit about his personal life or what the true story is im just saying...you can tell when a person lies so casually and frequently that they dont even notice they just made a massive plot hole in their own front facing persona and narrative. he couldnt keep a single story straight about my car or even his own basic autobiographical details...he also like owes me a bunch of money still and fucked my car up. he treated it like it was the wrong trim package and literally installed incorrect non interchangeable parts. and now he is evading me and hiding and told me not to return to the property when I literally haven't even tried to return to the property/ have a "1 year warranty" in writing....such a crazy bad experience, dude is such a liar and not one truth passed his lips. still finding new issues with my car a month later. have more issues than I ever had before him. check out my google review for proof if thats still up. I am documenting his legal Violations there for the community to see and be warned and so he knows he cant hide from the truth and that I will actually not be forgetting this or letting it go and so actually there are consequences to screwing people over and yes it does catch up to you and yes I do know what you tried to hide. theres more than this guy's, its really bad. avoid avoid avoid. over 7k he took from me. its been a month and still I dont have the car working right or the money back. avoid avoid avoid. he only cares about his reputation and has zero compassion for what he put me through. he wants me to shut up and go away and take the loss quietly and not tell you guys what he put me through and just forget about it and avoid it. i dont get to forget, why should he? he could have fixed this but blocked me. i will get justice even if it is just the poetic justice of him trying to hide and cocer this up and creating a streisand effect. good. serves him right. ​

I did find a pair of white Roxy's which I've worn for 2 summers. Been wanting to replace them. Found my size in the Roxy white sneakers. They were on sale and I also had $5.00 in DSW birthday money. They were $60 and I ended up paying $35 not a bad deal for cute white Summer sneakers. Store is very large, and clean and organized. They do have a lot of clearance shoes in the back. She was watching something on her phone, standing at the register like a teenager but she was a grown woman. I asked her if she had any silk scarves & her reply was "we only have name brand scarves". I played it off and replied "oh, the logo ones. Ok, no worries, thank you ". Then a couple other people walked in & she's was purposely extra friendly with her customer service & they just walked out haha. I saw a top that I liked in black & asked if she had any other colors. She proceeded to to tell me it's just a boutique store. Sorry, I'm 47yrs old & not only lived all over the US, I've traveled the world. I know what a boutique is. In fact I LOVE boutiques. Hence why I went to Marble Falls to shop & not a mall. As I was walking out, I noticed floral scarves . Compared to the other stores, this store has cheap looking clothing anyhow. It's try to be high end vintage but it gives a cheap vibe due to the cluttered esthetics. Spent a lot of money at other establishments where I was treated with kindness & like a human. As I see other reviews where people were treated poorly, I pray the good Lord blesses this woman to understand her prejudices. I know I look young but that's no reason to treat people differently. Little did she know, I was wearing a hat from a Member's only golf club, my outfit was expensive vintage and jewelry bought in Paris. In my line of work, I also understand quality of service, as I deal with very wealthy clients who spend over 70k on vacations. I was very capable & willing to spend money. But not where I felt unwanted for no reason at all. It's not that hard to put on a smile & be kind to everyone. I don't need validation from anyone but posting this to warn others to have good discernment when walking into this store. If the vibe is off, you're probably right.

And the manager of the store checked and saw the credit was indeed out back to my gifter but that the credit was already spent by her. She said I'm so sorry and did nothing to make that right. So I'm now out of my birthday gift credit because of someone else's incompetence at the store. Frustrated to say the least
