Tried the beers and needed to try to food. The Briaket Poutine is deliciousall though I'll Argue that the cheesw curds where awfully melt but the briaket is awesome! The food came out cold, the brisket was tough dry and there was no flavor at all. The burger had a good flavor and was cooked to the temp she asked for but once again it was cold and dry. Got there around 5'ish and seated ourselves. The waitress, Fallon, was at our table in seconds and was amazing! Started out with the tropical pineapple cider. Crisp and refreshing! Our family likes to check out micro breweries in different areas. Hell 'n Blazes is on the top of our list for breweries. The services was wonderful, and the beer and food is amazing. Our waitress was great we purchased some of their merchandise and she wrapped it all up and brought it to us at our table. The brisket, burgers and seafood was extremely good and we wish we lived closer so we could eat and drink there more often. read more

Upon walking in, it was a clean, yet welcome home vibe. We were met at the bar by Cassandra and that's where this amazing experience began. I am a 20+ year bartender and restaurant veteran and she was EASILY one the best bartenders I have ever had. The beers were phenomenal and the food was spectacular. If I could, I would give 6 stars. Came in for a beer and stayed for a late night dinner this past weekend. Food - Good menu variety. Most entrees and handhelds come with fries. Smoked Brisket Poutine ($9) is a must-try. Drink - Not a ridiculously lengthy beer list. The list is categorized by seasonal and "core" selections. Flights are available and naturally a great way to try a variety. Four 4oz glasses per flight. Decor - Old timey saloon vibe. Not at all kitsch or gaudy. It's decorated and designed well. One large room with one large U-shaped bar in the center, surrounded by high and low top tables. Service - Knowledgeable staff, prompt and courteous. Flights were assembled quickly and appetizer and entrees were served with good timing. Authenticity - True roots and passion for brewing. I'm not sure how I've never written a review here! We've been here for lunch, dinner, brunch, just drinks, and snacks after a crappy experience with not enough food at a nearby establishment. We have never had a bad experience. Service is always top notch, food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is great. We've tried all their core beers and we always try their seasonals and new releases. There's never been one we didn't like. AND they always have a couple ciders on tap, lately one of them has been Cigar City Apple Pie, which is my absolute favorite alcoholic beverage and is not easy to find! Bartender was very helpful and let us sample some beers he thought we would like. My wife got the espresso martini which was very good and different than what we are used to because they use rum instead of vodka. It made the martini a bit smoother and more complex. I got the flagship IPA and the hazy gnome, both exceeded my expectations. The decor was super cool and I loved the wood tables. We got the fried pickles and I would say they were the best fried pickle's I've ever had. Super tart and salty and the ranch was top notch. read more

Two people. Only two people were working during lunch yesterday: Cassandra and Connor. As I enjoyed lunch on the day-off with a Beyond Burger and flight of beer, I watched as Connor and Cassandra served drinks, cooked meals, and cashed out customers. The food was great. We met with a friend on a Tuesday night for dinner recently . The food was so good ! I had a pork taco and shrimp taco. So yummy! Husband had the brisket tacos. He loved them . Friend had flat bread pizza. She liked it but thought the sauce needed " something " My gin / juice cocktail was delicious . Our server was great ( wish I could remember his name !) We enjoyed the ambiance and will definitely come back to try some of the craft beers. I have been to many microbreweries and to be honest I have rarely if ever been impressed. Yesterday we stopped by and we were warmly greeted by our beer-tender Miranda. We ordered a bunch of flights and boy oh boy this beer was fantastic. They dont try to be something you know. They choose a beer like a porter and put their whole self into it. High praise??? Maybe. Had the pretzels and cheese dip, very good. Garlic and Parmesan chicken wings. They give you a large serving, perfectly cooked with a nice crisp to them and not over cooked. My friend had onion rings I tried one. Yummy . Sweet and good with a dip them blends so well together, I want my own order next time so I don't have to share. The wife and I rarely get out for a dinner without the kids. We looked around for a place we could socialize with friends and enjoy a nice dinner with drinks. After sorting a handful of reviews and speaking with other friends about places to eat we landed at this restaurant. Once our friends arrived, we all placed our food and drink orders. The Blueberry Sap Tap is amazing. If you enjoy blueberry you will really enjoy that brew. The Keylime brew was not good. It tasted like just any generic IPA. After almost an hour we received our appetizers. The waitress explained that the delay was due to a party in the back. We hadn't been told at any time prior there would be a delay in food service. Shortly thereafter they started to bring out the entrees. The waitress let me know that they would be unable to prepare my meal. They had ran out of brisket. Look, I know people get busy but it had been an hour and a half since we placed our order and at that moment, while everyone was receiving their meal, they tell me they can't prepare mine. I will not return to this establishment again. They offered no apology, no discount on the rest of my order, absolutely nothing. They simply offered to cook something else for me. No thanks, I'm not hanging around one more minute, let alone another hour. If you go make sure to ask that they have whatever you order in stock prior requesting it. This was a very pleasant surprise! So many of these "brewpubs" have mediocre beer and a flat food list. Not this place! It was my birthday, and a couple of my favorite places have not reopened post-covid. I've walked by this a couple of times, and the Yelp reviews seemed decent. Party of 4 It was not crowded (more on that later) and tables well spaced. Each table had a green card to tell you it was sanitized. We were quickly greeted and got the beer menu. I had the Northern Lager which was just fine. Nothing odd. One friend had the Georgia Peach, and it was undrinkable, tasted like peach juice. The gave her a wheat beer in place of it, which was nice of them. Ordered two apps, one pickle dip thing, which was good, but the crackers were a bit lame. The other was the beer battered onion rings. Excellent and came with a spicy dipping sauce (like you get at Outback with the Bloomin' Onion). I had a pulled pork sandwich, which was just fine. Not OMG wow, and not bad. Side order of green beans was really tasty. Two others had pork dishes and were very pleased. All sides good. Our vegetarian ordered the flatbread with mushrooms and something else. Very good too. All in all, a great evening. Service was a bit spotty, as the place was not very crowded, so our server, Jordan, was not roaming around much. We tried to wave her down for the beer problem, but ended up having to just walk to the bar. She was very pleasant, but please remember to circulate!!
