Always a fun time. They have some decent comedians at decent ticket prices. The service is ok. Hard for them to wait on you wo interrupting the show. We ordered our 2 required items- vodka club soda & beer. Food there is bar food & alot is fried. Go for the show- not the food/drinks.

Be ware! We got the coupes VIP SPECIAL which was supposed to include everything including all fees and gratuities. The Show with Tisha Campbell was fantastic and personable. The issues came with the waiter who was not immediately available. He came to the table, explained the voucher and stated tips were not included and to feel free to leave on the table if we'd like after the show. This sounded very strange especially after the purchase said all fees included with the $90 voucher. We finally ordered two glasses of wine each for a total of $48 and two chicken strips for a total of $26 for a grand total of $74. He then says he was goin to the manager to approve the bill to see if he would approve the bill because it was $15 over the voucher and since it was VIP, they sometimes will approve. I questioned the bill because in my math, we were under by $16. He showed me the total on his lil pad and it said $105. I told him it was not adding up and he stated the tax and administrative fees were added in. I questioned the fees and explained from my understanding, all fees were inclusive and sled to explain what the fees were for. I then asked for a manager, which never came to the table. By this time, everyone is heading out the exit making way for the meet and greet. So, my date and I are discussing if we should leave a tip on the table just in case he was correct and we did not just not want him to get anything. Strangely enough, while we were talking, he was standing behind us listening and watching because other workers were cleaning off all of the tables and he was only looking to see if we were going to put any money down. I asked for a receipt and he stated he unable to give receipts which was another red flag. Against our better judgement, we did give him a few dollars to ensure he received some compensation. The food was subpar. My strips had a burnt grease taste and only a few fries but my date says hers was fine and had a ton of fries. If it wasn't for the charging fiasco, the event could have been a nice evening out. Theses type of venue workers are known for over charging and adding extra items to your bill, then rush you to pay at the end of the evening hoping you won't notice because they are acting as though they are so busy and have other customers to get to. I am going to follow up with the venue just to file a complaint and to satisfy my curiosity it's sad you can't enjoy your evening without being ripped off by thieving staff members with the bait, switch and rush ploy. BE AWARE AND KEEP TRACK OFWHAT TO ORDER.

The location and set up of this comedy club is excellent. You can tell that it's a little older for sure. But let me begin my review by saying this place is extremely overpriced. Tickets, drinks, foods, fees, etc - so pricey. They are also behind the times because they had to manually type in the credit card number. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind and helpful. Security checked everyone to keep us safe and we had a waitress coming to check on us and take our order etc. The food was pretty good. We got a burger and then a rice bowl. The drinks were both cocktails off of the signature list, which were excellent as well. Overall, over priced and outdated but a good space with good food and drinks.

First time visiting Helium and it won't be my last! I saw Grace Omailey and she was great. The club is inside the Galleria Mall but there is a separate entrance you can access from outside. You get your tickets at will call at the front and then go down the stairs to the show. The waiting area has lots of tables and a bar, it was sort of hectic for us so we stood in line to get in right away. I was surprised how organized everything was. The drink menu was decent but on the higher end. There is a 2 item min per person so be prepared for that. I was not hungry or thirsty when I went but shared an app with the table and got a drink. The parking is silm right in front of helium but you can park anywhere around the mall.

I don't know why everybody's hating on them with three stars, but I like them and I giving them four stars. I mean they're a little lacking on the service, but customer service once you get it is great. Look where you at. Once you get the service it's good. I mean I've had nothing but good times here and I ain't going to have nothing but good things to say about them so far and see what happens the rest of the year.

So the actual show we saw was phenomenal. Our experience of the venue was so-so. It was our first time here, so we decided to eat at the venue restaurant. The benefit to that is that if you show up early and dine there, you get reserved seating for the showroom. That's about the only upside. The actual restaurant has an extremely limited menu. We decided to go for the appetizer sampler to start, which was fine. Nothing you couldn't get from the freezer section at the grocery store (and taste-wise it's the same experience). We wanted to order actual entrees, too, but our server never reappeared after grabbing our app/drink order. It's not like they were busy, there was only one other occupied table, and she took their order first. After almost finishing our sampler (delivered by someone other than our server), we pretty much gave up on ordering more food, and were already making plans to get something else after the show. At least our server stamped our tickets, showing us as reaching our two item minimum (we were concerned we'd have to buy more in the showroom, and thankfully we didn't). The chairs are also terribly uncomfortable. I was so sore from sitting there. We might come back for a show, but we definitely won't be dining at the club. We'll figure something else out.

We saw Kevin James Thornton here and really enjoyed it! The food was pretty admittedly average, but for the price & all the sauce variety included with the sampler I wasn't sad about it. My husband had a burger that wasn't bad! There is a 2 item minimum per person, and I'm glad they allow food vs only alcoholic drinks for this. Sodas or drinks do count towards the minimum. The parking, venue and service were all good! We had read reviews about not having enough servers but that wasn't our experience at all. We will go back!

Just nice Ambiance. Enjoyed the show drinks are weak which was disappointing. I'll give them 8 out of 10.

They will overcharge your credit card and charge for extra drinks. Then 18 percent ad min fee and 18 percent tip. Rip off

Where exactly in the Galleria is the club located?

The Helium comedy club is located on the very North side of the Galleria and I do mean at the very end of it. There is a decent sign there. Also, be advised they have in-club food but the Elements Restaurant is also attached to the club. Or you can… Read more

I would always call the box office to be sure of the layout before buying tickets. I saw Qveen Herby and Thot Squad (May 20th) and it was a safe vibe of all types of people. The check in process was smooth and someone helped me to my seat up stairs. I enjoyed the show but my accessible seat kind of sucked because once folks stood up I couldn't see. I asked some other people to help me be a mood killer and kindly ask others to sit down, but the venue should adjust those seats one more time. Also they should go back to just being a smoking building because everyone was vaping and the smell of smoke and marijuana was very pronounced! Either crack down hard or let the people smoke it up. Accessibility note: there is not enough parking so get an uber or pray to the parking goddesses. There is stepless entry but if your seat is upstairs, you will need a proper staff member to key in the elevator for you. I waited over 10 minutes for assistance (they bought me a drink tomorrow ease that soreness). Bring headphones or ear plugs as the whole suite booms! Don't be afraid to tell folks down in front because you cannot see.

The view from any seat is great. Even in the "nosebleeds," you're not far from the stage. The sound is outstanding. The staff are always friendly. Even when getting busted sneaking liquor in, they were so nice, LOL! Bathrooms are clean and plentiful. The bar? Expensive. I mean, expect to pay concert venue prices. Just club soda is even $4. They will, however, let you bring food in or even order food to the venue. Parking can be tricky along Delmar. There is a parking lot behind the venue that I recommend. Love this place for concerts and absolutely recommend seeing a show here.

We were just about to order the toasted ravioli which are locally noteworthy here. Except that in the introduction and telling about the place, our waitress informed us that Blueberry Hill is also owned by the same people who own Pin Up Bowl across the street. We had been there earlier in the week for a work party and the toasted ravioli there are the same ones that arrive by the same delivery here. So we skipped those. We ordered drinks and found some nice options. I had a tin of a local light beer and that was quite tasty. Looking for something different, we went with the fried cheese balls. Sadly, not that great. Battered and fried, they were not very flavorful and no sharpness to the cheese. Peel off the batter and they look like just the same cheese cubes you can get at the supermarket. So I'd say skip these too. Otherwise, Blueberry Hill is cool. The memorabilia on the walls, the fun games in the next room and don't skip the Duck Room. It's a neat place and maybe on my next visit, something more substantial to eat with our drinks. [Review 439 of 2026 - 508 in Missouri - 25622 overall]

I don't remember what I had on my most recent visit. It may have been only a lemonade; I wasn't feeling well after an ice cream float at Fitz's across the street (lol @ my dietary choices). Blueberry Hill is locally iconic to the point that the place feels borderline touristy on a busy weekend afternoon. However, if you come in the evening during the week, it's much quieter and low-key, and I prefer that vibe. After you order, if it isn't too busy, try to spend a few minutes looking at the walls of photos of celebrities who have visited Blueberry Hill. (At least, I think they've all visited and it isn't a mixture of those folks & photos from founder Joe Edwards' private collection. Even if it were the latter, it still would be fun to look at the photos.)
