He recommended a Sony head unit based on excellent online reviews. Jeff was pleasant and helpful throughout. I also wanted a backup camera installed, and he took care of that as well, ordering all the necessary parts for my car. About a week later, I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 10:10, expecting the doors to be open so I could wait inside, but they didn't open until exactly 10:30--my only minor concern. Once inside, they promptly took my car and completed the installation of the backup camera and head unit in about 2.5 hours. When I picked up my car, everything was clean, and both the backup camera and head unit worked perfectly. However, I started hearing a buzzing noise, which I initially thought was due to the new head unit. I called Jeff, and he quickly assisted me. I brought the car back in, and the technician identified that the noise was coming from my State Farm tracker, not the head unit. Once I removed the tracker, the noise disappeared. I highly recommend Audio One for any car audio needs--they provided excellent service and support.

The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. I called this shop, and the owner told me he would take care of it, and boy, did he. I couldn't be there after nine am to drop the vehicle off, but he has a drop box option where you can park the car and drop off the keys. He was very communicative throughout the process and spent all day working on my car. It wasn't ready until 3 p.m., and it was evident that they had worked hard to clean it. The smell and dog hairs are gone. He even recommended that we change a filter he suspected was full of dog hair. He even showed me how to access the filter and where I could purchase it. He was so nice and friendly. What a fantastic shop. I recommend this shop!
