I am truly grateful to the hard workers at this shop…read more My truck was left with friends during my husbands deployment. They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. It really meant so much to me to have people care so much about my situation and my family's safety. They're wonderful, and can't recommend them enough.

I won't share the details of how my trunk looked when I finally opened my trunk cause their was a horrid smell in my car. But guys it was so bad. It smelled like a corpse was in my car. Shine Mobile Detailing came to my rescue. Jackson, the owner, was able to come to me the next day. He washed and deoderized the trunk and cab, taking the time to make sure he was able to get rid of the smell and make sure nothing was left behind. He brought his own water system as well. He was very professional and even took extra time to get the job done right. I'm so happy not to have to drive my car smelling like the eternal bog of stench anymore, and I highly recommend this business! They definitely helped me out of my stinky situation!

The owner is ever present and so friendly that he walks you through the process at your car and then discusses pricing to see what you are comfortable with. It does not feel like a high pressure sales job or unnecessary up selling. When the job is finished you can inspect the vehicle to ensure you are satisfied with the results. I have been very pleased with the service, timing of services, pricing of the services, and honesty of the business. Stop on by their location for a consult before choosing a service as you my not need all the bells and whistles service. You may also need a realistic expectation for what you are trying to achieve in detailing. As a simple exterior clean may not be sufficient for what you expect if you just took your 4WD for a mud run or the kids vomited all over the interior, or got hold of a pen. They want you to be satisfied and get the outcome you desire.
