The price was under $250 for both doors, which was a good value since even the cheap magnetic placards for doors are around $100-150 for a pair. The people there seem very customer service oriented, and were responsive. I went to the VB store to get the estimate but they only do the wraps in Chesapeake, it seems. That was a bit of a hitch, but not a huge deal. They did a really good job so I definitely can't complain. I'd recommend them.

Called and made an appointment on 11/28/2023 to have my front headlights / fog lights / rear lights…read moresmoked out / tinted. Was told by the project manager Jack Cunningham at Magnicolor in Newport News, VA that it wouldn't be a problem, after being asked about the year, make, model of the vehicle with some other questions about my desires for the project outcome such as shade of tint for each of the lights, ect. I was asked to put a 25% down payment on the install to secure my appointment slot for 11/29/2023. I did so with my American Express, in the total amount of $115.75 with the remaining balance to be paid upon installation. During my appointment on 11/29/2023 while the car was in the shop, I was asked by Jack Cunningham if I had previously had the car ceramic coated, to which I replied "yes". He said it can be difficult for them to get proper adhesion of the tint, and asked my permission to try and remove the previous ceramic coat. I said sure, not a problem. He came back minutes later saying that they can't get it off, and that I'd have to take the car back to the company that first installed it to have it removed, then return to them on a different day. This is unacceptable. I simply asked for a refund of my deposit, as no actual work had been completed towards the agreed upon installation, and was told no by Jack Cunningham. He stated that I as the customer should have known that ceramic coating causes issues during their process. I stated to him that he is the industry professional, and should be asking questions like that during the intake process with each of their customers. The business made no attempt to resolve the issue with my refund, simply told me 'good luck'.

I was fortunate enough to have been able to visit their facility, well before Covid. It was a great experience. Very clean environment and they are wonderful people. If you've heard the saying about somebody being a perfectionist, well they are it. They work very hard to make sure the labels we order are exactly what we want. We have over 50 different labels. We require very intricate work sometimes, lots of colors, different shapes, and they always pull through. The colors are consistent, the sizes always come out right, and they are very reasonable in pricing. They have the best staff who are always helpful.
