We dropped the vehicle off early before the appointment so it was there for the start time. They let us know when it was done (early actually). We stopped by and paid for it. We picked the vehicle up later that afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were stickers on the window button to make sure we didn't roll them down for a few days so it could set in.
