I sent my son to go in and have my car washed today, and I was extremely disappointed. What an awful job. However, I went back within the hour and showed her the pictures in the office. They do not merely wash your car, it is a textbook example of a mini detail. The wash is pretty typical process. The magic happens when you pull in for the interior treatment. I was recommended this place by a friend for a car wash and detail. I decided to get it all. The wait wasn't long, about 45 minutes. Once I received my car, I took a look and saw that some of the car wasn't really vacuumed well. There were still spots on the dash and the seat. I asked if they cleaned the seats (they're leather) and the guy told me no, but if I asked ahead of time, they would. That's a little confusing to me. I'd come back because the issue I found were fixed and next time I'll ask and be more specific in what I'd like done. Everything else was great, I really enjoyed my clean car! read more

This place sucks. They want you to pay extra for them to clean your car. The automatic car wash is sucky, I honestly prefer the car wash Riptide. The vacuums are horrible. They were broken and hard to use. I had to switch to three vacuums before I found a decent one. Not worth the price at all. read more

This place could be a full on gold mine if ownership would consider a few changes: Management should be willing to interact with the customers. By this I mean, check the quality of the wash when the car comes out. Paying for add ons like tire shine is fully hit and miss. As a subscriber to the monthly payment for as needed washes, I was met the other day by the credit card machine being non operational. I have a card that was issued to me because the windshield bar code reader wouldn't work. When I approached the manager of how I could get my car washed, I was told "I guess I can give you a free $14 wash". Sir.....I'm paying a monthly fee. It's not "free". I like being able to tip the kids who work in the start of the wash. But what they do for your auto should be consistent. Please don't accept the tip then tell me it's too busy to properly prep the car at the start of the wash (managers feedback when questioned). Take care of your employees. Enforce a standard of excellence for your customers. And be consistent. ** As an update, I just finished a lengthy, pleasant and constructive phone call with the business owner. I feel confident that some changes will be implemented and that business will continue to prosper. read more

One Sunday I brought three cars in for wash and detailing. Unfortunately, that day was terrible for them. Cars stacking up and an employee or two quitting on them. The manager apologized and gave me a free platinum wash due to one of my three cars taking longer than expected. Prior to this day the service was always on time. This will definitely not be my last visit. I come here probably once every 2 weeks. Typically they do a pretty good job, however for some reason this last visit was not very enjoyable. I came earlier in the morning, around 9:15 a.m. It was only my vehicle and one other, so I know they shouldn't have been rushed. These pictures are from right after I left (you can even still see some of the "streak marks" from where it was still wet from them wiping it). I had an appointment I had to get to so I didn't have time for them to redo it, however I was very disappointed. I paid $50 for their complete package and was left with very noticeable crumbs as well as areas that hadn't even been touched (3rd picture is right under my center touch screen so in a very noticeable spot). Do not come to this place for service. The general manager is extremely disrespectful. I came here to get my vehicle wash and the machine caused $500 to my vehicle. In lieu of the manager working to resolve, he stated it's not within their policy to pay for damaged that was caused due a vehicle's age. There is no written policy or disclaimer that was given to the customers or displayed to acknowledge prior to service. This is after his manager on duty acknowledged that it was the company's fault and would have no issue with resolving the problem. There are other creditable car wash services in the Yorktown area, please patronize them and not Mega Auto Spa. This company deserves -5 stars. read more

When you're at the machines picking what you want, someone comes up to help you. Dude even swiped my card for :) Afterward the wash there's an arrow telling you where to go, so off to interior detailing I went. The guys went completely through my car and vacuumed and wiped everything (good job Honda Fit team!) Good service but recommend you look over before you leave. Can be frustrating to spend $47 and find spots missed like this. I will be back though as they do a great job over all. 2/6/16 came by today for the mega wash. Was greeted by a nice young man. Was done in record time but when I did a look around found wheel wells not clean and brought it to their attention. They gladly re-wiped and the. Found the Rims weren't clean. At my next stop just across the street I found more missed areas. Maybe I'm being too picky? I don't know. I just feel like this time was the worst job they have done. This was my first time here and I have to say: I am impressed! My car now looks BRAND NEW again and I only paid $34 for interior and exterior wash, plus detailing. Before coming here my floor mats looked horrible and it majorly needed vacuuming and TLC. I'd even taken it to the Volkswagen Dealership to have it washed and detailed and they didn't even do half as good a job as Mega Auto Spa. I just wish I lived in this area. I would be a regular here! I was so disappointed and furious when I checked my car! It's still wet and so dirty ! The Vanilla air freshener , can't even smell it !! I will never go back there ! Have been going here for a few years, finally decided to do a review. I've had okay washes and really good washes. The other day I took our new car and paid $50, it was late in the day. However, once finished the car was clean-ish. Because it was late, I didn't look it over and drove 2 miles home. They really missed a lot, inside and out! Recommend really looking over you car, the management is hit and miss. I've spent thousands over the last few years and now I'm hesitant to go back. Please ask the manager to look at your car's, not everyone wants to be confrontational with the teenagers working there. Some work hard and some hardly do anything. read more
