Got the $50 quick detail wash a few weeks ago! My car was so muddy and hairy from my dogs(we go in the woods often). My car looked NEARLY BRAND NEW after!!! I was so impressed and happy. It was just vacuuming and wiping things down but it was really detailed and the outside looked so shiny and new. 10/10 recommend the $50 detail wash. (I'm a cheapo and don't like spending the extra money but I've recommended everyone here.. worth the money) read more

I wish they had an ATM inside so I could've tipped more for such a great job. The checkout process is 100% automated and efficient. Nobody trying to upsell you add-ons that you don't need. The actual exterior wash is a pretty typical machine conveyor wash. The real advantage to Mega Auto Spa is their detailing area. It is in a pristine garage with an adjoining waiting area that allows customers to watch their car as it's detailed. My backseat belongs to my dog and I watched them clean EVERY nook and cranny of dog fur in my car. I totally wasn't expecting them to vacuum the entire backseat as most car washes don't. But the staff even removed my backseat dog cover and vacuumed that as well. I watched as EVERY crack and crevice was thoroughly cleaned. I have come here several times, but today I am very disappointed in the results. It took over an hour for the detailing and 2 cars that came in after mine were finished before mine (I have a small car, by the way). But what is most frustrating is that they didn't vacuum out my back even though there was only one reusable grocery bag back there and I had indicated that I would like it vacuumed. The wheels are still covered in brake dust; the interior has smears on everything from the chemicals used; the carpet is not vacuumed good; mirrors are still dirty; and I watched the technician drop towels on the dirty concrete and continue to use it on painted surfaces. Mega Auto Spa did my car right!!! I'm so impressed with this business! I brought in my car after taking it to another place in town that was trash. They left my car dirty. Mega Auto Spa made sure my car was spotless inside and out. Well worth the money for the Mega wash. That includes an exterior wash and express interior detailing. I was beyond impressed with the care they took and the time they put into making my car look great again. This is the ONLY place I will get my car washed/detailed at as long as I live here. I can't stress enough that I feel they went above and beyond to make my car look great. They scraped all of the dog hair out of my mat in the cargo area and even scraped some paint off of my windshield. You will not be disappointed in Mega Auto spa! read more

I had a good experience there. I got one of their Mega Express Details (their premium interior/exterior wash and dry job) for $45 (+$12 for all four mats to be scrubbed and washed). $57 and an hour later I was done. There is a Starbucks less than a block away so I didn't have to sit around a waiting room so that made the wait better. They didn't offer to call me or text me when they were done. Since it was going to take around an hour to do this "express detail" and I was going to leave the premises it seemed reasonable to ask if they would. When I asked the young man who worked there he told me that they don't do that. So... I'm disappointed by that but not so disappointed that I will rate them poorly. They accomplished their primary job (cleaning my car inside and out completely) for a fair price and in a short time. read more

Horrible customer service! When we picked up our car, the cigarette lighter was missing. That is not really a big deal and is replaceable. The problem is that they did something with it, lied about it and gave us the worst attitude and indignant behavior over it. They should've accepted responsibility for it and apologized but did not. They tried to say it was never there when we specifically recall it was! Will never return. Pathetic And unprofessional. read more

My car definitely came out way better looking than when I brought it in...Service was efficient and friendly.t took about 30-40 minutes from start to finish. I bought the express wash and detail for $27 + tip but am feeling maybe I should have bought the next level up?. The car looked great as I left but started to notice dust in places that should have been wiped down, places that were easily reachable. Although the job was good, attention to detail(especially for the time it took) could have been better. I am slightly picky but I still spent about an hour detailing the inside after I got home, just getting rid of the dusty areas and spots that should have been touched during the initial visit. Drink and other particles that were extremely easy for me to wipe off were still on interior and exterior areas when I got home. OK place but expected a touch more for $27 read more

I went to the mega car spa for the first time. I got the mega wash with full everything. Upon returning home I noticed there was splatters of what looked like wax on my trim. I called and left a message and Brandon called me back promptly and took care of the splatters by putting a coat of trim renew on all areas. I would go there again and I will go there again so don't miss the opportunity of getting a great wash and clean out of your car. Well it's a bunch of 16 year old boys cleaning the inside of your car. Don't expect it to be perfect but they got the job done. The "fragrance " is pretty non existent. The car wash is fast so it's not the best. It's good for the price I will give it that. This place has everything including a wonderful seating area (see pics) with a full view for you to see your vehicle. I had the chance to meet Alan (hope I spelled it right friend!), he is the manager and he chatted with me about the history of this establishment. He also looks at every vehicle before the owner drives away to insure that everything was done to perfection. He is a very hands on manager.... Always walking around the property and making sure everything is in its place. I wish I lived closer... I would be here everyday ... Oh and did I mention they have loyalty programs that have AWESOME pricing!!!!! I did a basic detail package where I get a car wash and a full detailed interior and exterior service for only $21! How awesome is that?! Had my car cleaned here on Feb. 11, 2019. It ran through their car wash on a conveyor and came out with a series of linear scratches to the right rear of my bumper, which I saw when I was vacuuming it. I took it home and my husband tried to buff them out. They didn't buff out. I didn't report it because I didn't want the hassle. I just didn't go back. Today I stopped by to ask if they do hand washes, explaining why (prior damage). After initially offering to try to buff out the scratches that are still visible, the guy actually tried to argue with me saying if it was their machine that did it, I'd have scratches down the side of the car. I was shocked he had the audacity to try to argue what was fact, especially when all I asked was if they did hand washes. Keep this in mind ...your car may be damaged, they will argue they didn't do it, and offer poor customer service. read more

This place is amazing. My car was filthy with having 2 kids and a dog. The seats were covered with milk spots, crumbs and dog hair all over. It was pretty bad. I was almost hesitant to bring it in to be seen in that condition. Kids are messy. Came out of there today for my second time, and the car looks brand new. It's worth the price for us. Its the second time I've been through this car wash. The first tome i went through i got the mega where everything gets clean. They missed a lot of dirt on the center console and the dash. But I'm an optimistic person so i just went through and got a good cleaning ok the outside worth 14, or so i thought. They did help me get some crap off the top of my car but the wash its self wasn't enough. There are still streaks on the crome in the front and the windshield there are still spots that don't even look like they got wet and water spots all over the windows. read more

I was turned away the moment I pulled into the business. An employee came out and told me my truck wouldn't fit into the wash. I asked why because it was under the height restriction. I was told my tires were too wide and stuck out too much to fit into the track. I was disappointed at this because I had recently seen a lifted jeep go through with a similar look as my truck. read more

They do an "okay" job. Spent $50 on a car wash and they only wiped down half my center console. Multiple people work on your car at a time so the people doing the trunk and back seat did amazing but I was disappointed in the lack of attention to the front area. There were also several areas that could use a vacuum again. Decent experience but I had to go back and clean some areas myself which defeats the purpose. read more

Went today to get my jeep washed, a gentleman helped me select the option I wanted at the kiosk and then directed me where to go. Very polite. Then the gentleman on the wash rack area he gently took off my antenna and handed it to me, and put my rear windshield wiper in a plastic bag. Then he sprayed down the tires. Very nice car wash, came out clean and for the most part dry I'd say about 90% dry after the dryers. Then not to mention free vacuums after the wash. Definitely will be coming back. read more

I used this car wash on several occasions and I admit my truck look very clean I went through one other time I noticed some scratching and horizontal surface scratches on the truck right after the wash.. I admit it took me a few days to get with him as I had prior things that needed to get done and they were several days with inclement weather that the facility appeared to be closed and I did find out that it wasn't .it seems I spoke to the owner's son who was pleasant who couldn't verify nor deny it was caused or not caused by the car wash after reviewing all the videos and then looking over my truck which I baby to death and can tell you where every imperfection is... I said okay he looked over my car real good saying it could have happened from this it could have happened from that ok...he then called me bak as he agreed he would and he agreed to claybar and detail the entire truck for a discounted price from 425 to 300 okay... I was okay with that because I am crazy obsessed with this truck and willing to spend the money even if I did not want to it's a fairy new 2017 I perfect shape.... so two days before I was supposed to have it done I decided to go in and have the truck washed and hand dried as even if it was going to put a slight surface scratch I knew I was having it totally redone in two days and they were very adamant that it wasn't coming from their car wash I went through the carwash and also paid extra for a hand towel dry..when I came out of the car wash the whole front end was dirty the gentleman who wipes down your truck before you enter the car didn't do it just as they do your side mirrors and the rear of the truck with a sponge where the wash brushes do not touch when I came out and spoke to him the owners son...he goes ....what seems to be your problem now ...I said well the front of the truck was never even cleaned or wiped off and maybe I should be happy about that because it seems it's just a sponge that sits in a bucket with the same water from everybody's vehicle so if there is debris on it has the potential of scratching your paint he said well it's a judgment call by the attendant that wipes it down...okay so sometimes it'll come out clean sometimes it'll come out dirty I asked where is the consistancy... then he told me I don't think we'll ever be able to make you happy so then the discounted rate of having the whole outside of the truck Clay bar'd and detailed which was still going to cost me $300 was taken off the table.. I don't think they really wanted to do it anyway because he kept bringing up the fact I'm the only vehicle that has an issue his vehicle doesn't have an issue other people with vehicles like mine don't have an issue...... but this is just my opinion... then I did ask him there was a long line after the car wash to wait for your car to be hand dried so I asked him I rather not pay for it my car is already dry up to a point and I don't want them to rub down the truck that's fairly dry he then explained oh we mist it with water beforehand if it already dry.. I said okay I didn't know that but as long as I know that I'm okay rather than rubbing on dry areas.. he then basically refunded me my monthly payment for the unlimited car washes and said have a nice day. I dont think I'll be able to make you happy.. personally I don't think this was handled properly this is just my opinion read more

First & last visit . After leaving the hospital after visiting a family member. I decided to give them an opportunity. I paid $20 for a car wash & tire shine . The "manager" Todd broke my passengers mirror. After pulling out of the carwash into the vacuum area. I discovered the passenger side view mirror turning mechanism was broken. After giving my contact information to Todd. I finally received a call from the owners 2 days later. Mr.A. B accused me of breaking the mirror & wanting them to pay for the repairs. Please beware of Mega Wash Yorktown. I was so disappointed in Mega Wash not willing to accept any responsibility & blamed it all on me. I realized it wasn't intentional it was a accident.
