The customer service was lack luster at best and I was told the wait would be over an hour. My keys were not taken and no one inquired about my wheel lock. Upon observation, there were other customers in the waiting area that were complaining about the wait time. Due to another scheduled appointment, I left before I could receive service. Round 2-Came back the next day with another vehicle holding for a better experience. Nope! Waited one hour and 5 minutes before the vehicle was taken back for a tire rotation with a scheduled appointment. No one mentioned a wait time or checked in with us during the 65 minutes before the vehicle was taken back. The wait for the tire rotation itself was 45 minutes. Making the total time about two hours. I'm not expecting NASCAR times for a tire rotation, but at least a timely service is appreciated. Also, other customers were complaining about their wait times and some even walked out. The customer service and wait times are a problem at this location. I've never had to wait this long or dealt with the lack ok engagement by the staff here or at any other Discount TI would understand the environment a little more, if the staff communicated with their customers. In the future, my appointments will be made at another location.

Initially, I had a slow leak patched for free on promotion, and I paid nothing that day. As the tires were old on the car, I figured I would get a quote from them as well. I shopped around, and their warranty and price was definitely the best I saw. It did take a while to get the new tires on, but nothing awful. When putting on the tires, Victor noticed that the seals on my front struts had worn, and that the hydraulic fluid leaked all over the chassis and brakes. He very clearly and professionally explained the issue to me, while the car was lifted, and showed me where the leaks were as well. He also pointed out a leak on the radiator. They certainly didn't coerce me to do the repairs there: They told me to go to the shop where I had the radiator done, as it was under warranty, and to a dealer for the struts. They did provide a quote for the brakes in case I wanted to do them there. Basically, they did the opposite of these reviews: They gave me clear information presented in a professional way and worked with me to find the best solution for myself (and my wallet). Overall, I was pleased with their service and communication, especially with those two staff members.

We quickly found out that the locking lug nut couldn't be removed (our dealer gave us the wrong one after a service). I contacted the local Subaru dealer - they were NO help. When she got to my car the pressure was different on each tire, ranging from 37-29 psi. That is insane, I had to go to the Wawa and put air in my tires after paying an additional $50 for balancing (which needs to be refunded) and $40 for installation and to be honest they really don't look brand new to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location for ANYTHING, and it's the closest location to me.

Jeremy was nowhere to be found, and I was left dealing with a rude mystery man with no name tag. He claimed that my calipers had been replaced, which I knew was false. The mystery man insisted that I had to pay the full amount and promised to call me the next morning after he spoke to the service staff. Spoiler alert: no call came. He claimed the sensor was never broken and that they had to "move numbers around" on my bill because of an alleged discount. To top it off, he had the audacity to say that the sensor was already broken when I brought the car in, despite Jeremy's earlier admission of their mistake. The brake light had been off prior to my visit, so Daniel's excuse made no sense. After refusing to talk to me directly, I was told, "Do whatever you want!
