The second time I got the cheapest interior clean, thinking it was just a simple vaccuum, wipe down, etc - which I was fine with. Well, they managed to get 95% of the dog hair off the backseat of my car. No one has been able to do that in two years. I was seriously impressed! I've been going here for about 10 years, and generally well satisfied with the exterior-only wash. The one thing that has gone down in that time is the tire-blackening treatment you are supposed to get with the more expensive washes. Today one tire not blackened at all and the other three just sort of. Sure diminishes the look of the car, even with the lovely finish coating of their "best" exterior wash. read more

When this store opened it was excellent. Sadly, the quality has gone down since their initially great service. They used to have a post wash inspector, who insured all was well. They haven't had that for a long time. These days I constantly find a lot of water on the tailgate, the floor mats are soaking wet when reinstalled, and every setting from the seats to the "infotainment system" is miraculously changing. Came here after moving into town and having a dirty truck from a cross country move. I ended up getting the $59 wash. I asked one of the attendants which wash would best clean my truck and explained my drive and how dirty it was. We agreed on their top $59 one. The truck went thru the car wash and then was directed into a garage area. I left the truck with some guy and watched them clean the truck. I came here excited to have my car clean and at the end, I ended up pointing out to the guy bugs that they kept missing in their cleaning on the grill, headlights, front bumper and fog light. I had bought it would be obvious to clean those but realized that apparently they were not. The windshield could have been cleaner and there were spots of haze from a streaking cloth. The other issue is that the wheels were still dirty. I definitely was disappointed considering I spend $59 bucks. I won't do that again. read more

I'm still in search of my "go-to" car wash. I got the highest level wash and had high hopes. Overall the outside looks okay. Some bird poop spots and other tougher spots were still very visible. They did a good job cleaning my wheels and vacuuming the inside. I took a star off because the dusting and wiping down of the inside left something to be desired. read more

Hands down, best car wash I have had in years. My car looked and smelled brand new when they were done. They slid the car seats forward to clean the tracks in my car. Opened the trunk and doors and cleaned the door tracks. My only regret was that I did not have a better tip to give them. I told as many people I could at work today. Sooo happy with them. read more

My car was in desperate need of a wash, but I was limited on time. I found this car was station a few mins from my daughter's Krav Maga studio. I chose an express wash with a few bells & whistles and I was able to vacuum my car after the wash. It was convenient and I will definitely back when I need a good & quick wash. I don't know man. I have been to better auto spas in my life time for a better price. I have been coming here for years and finally decided to get the inside of my car cleaned and was not impressed at all. The inside waiting area is amazing however, that's why these guys get three stars and including the customer service. Everyone was nice and very pleasant however, I spent about $40 and then a $10 tip before inspecting the inside and half of my dashboard was wiped down and cleaned and some of the windshield was dirty or wiped with a dirty rag. I am not in anyway impressed by the service, I left the dashboard as is because I am coming in next week to see if it gets cleaned this time because I believe in giving establishments another chance specifically when I am treated right but you have to treat my baby right too. read more

i received a gift card and finally used it about a month ago. To say my car needed work was being kind. It took me a minute or two to figure out how to get the process going, but a gentleman was right there to see if I needed assistance (only if he could give me some quicker brain cells). He was also quick to help me avoid getting myself shampooed when I started getting out of car. As we went though, my dog thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyway to make a long story short, I will be back. Brought my first car in and did the $50 mega wash. They finished the car in 10 minutes. Did a very poor job, water everywhere. My cat could have cleaned the inside better than they did. Not even sure what they did. I thought, maybe I caught them on a bad day. The next day I was going to give them one more try. Took my baby in, did the $50 again as well as the $50 banana wax. There was looked decent enough, but water everywhere. I popped the trunk and it hasn't been touched. The inside was haphazardly done with smear marks everywhere including the windows. I spent 10 minutes cleaning a car that should have already been cleaned. I will no longer be using your services. Good luck to those who read this and still choose to go. You do you. read more

First time here at Mega Auto Spa. The setup is pretty standard and prices are pretty fair, $21 for interior/exterior clean is good price. Waiting area is nice, TV and comfy chairs. I was in a pinch for time and Mark assured me I would be in/out in 20 minutes. I Greatly appreciated the first class customer service. This was my second time going to the mega spa in yorktown, va. My first experience was decent, but not 100%....so I decided to give it another try. I purchased the top package, $45 for inside and out detailing because it included door cleaning and dressing as well as a special wax finish. The $34 package would have been sufficient, but I wanted my whole car done. My car looked pretty good overall, but it definitely wasn't as good as a personal service I've used in the past for $60(only $15 more and my car was perfect). They spent 45-60 minutes on the detailing, but I was disappointed that some key areas weren't done well. I also requested that they use a scent and they forgot to do that(my favorite thing about having it detailed). They missed a bit of the interior and I could see where my seats were wiped and dressed, but not completely. They didn't really clean the radio area, steering wheel, or cup holder area(that was somewhat cleaned, but not completely. The exterior looks nice, but my wheels were still dirty. That's one of the reasons why I took it in, because I didn't have what I needed at home to do it myself. I'll have to go back over my wheels again, so paying to have them cleaned and dressed was pointless. I would have given 4 stars, but when I went to start my car the guy spoke up and said, "I think your battery is dead". I had no issues before going there, so I think they knew it had been left on....the first person I spoke to seemed a bit confused about the keyless start...maybe she was new. So, they jumped my car and I was on my way, only to find when I got home that my battery was completely drained and I needed another jump. This was disappointing.... read more

Absolutely awesome work. We just moved to VA from NM; drove cross country with two big dogs. By the time we got here, we had lots of dog hair, nose rubs, dust...our 4Runner smelled like dogs. I usually go to the Mega Auto Spa in Yorktown; however, I was in Williamsburg running errands and thought I'd stop in to get my car washed/cleaned. Well, for what I just paid, I could have kept my $55. There are water spots on my mirrors and the bird poop that was on my sunroof when I got there was still there when I left. What a huge waste! Staff: Everyone I interacted was very sweet and nice. They answered all my questions and one of the staff explained about the membership program very throughly. Exterior: Just like elsewhere. Normal carwash that you can expect. Interior: I purchased Mega which includes vacuumed, wipe down with door jambs, window inside&outside with dust down, tire shine, fragrance and rubber mats washed, dash&console dressed, door cleaned&dressed. I wasn't 100% satisfied for couple of reasons. - Vacuuming wasn't thorough. I had some dog hair (not much; had my friend's dog in the car only few times) and it didn't seem like they were removed at all. *picture included - Tire shine... won't say much. Just see the attached pictures - dash&console dressed... doesn't look like they did much... also see the pictures - they left some black stains in the trunk and on the seats here and there(not sure where these are from). this was what made me decide to write this whole review.. not very happy about this!! Overall, it was an okay experience because the car got somewhat clean and the people were nice. But definitely, it was not worth the money of $50+tip. Very expensive and the wipe down was mediocre at best. Rims and areas still look hazy from dirt. Also, glue from somewhere around this spa got on my car. I say from around there because it was half dried when I found it inspecting the car. Under the wet portion was fully dried glue. Thursday, December 9th, I decided to take my car to Mega Auto Spa in Williamsburg. It had been pre-Covid (27 months) since I had my car cleaned inside/outside. The last time I felt that the job was not up to par but still better than most places I have been. A few months later it was time for another trip to the "spa"and I contacted Covid and was extremely Ill. Then several months ago I experienced an injury that left my dominant hand crippled, thereby making it difficult to clean my car myself. So 27 months went by and I was ashamed of the condition of my car. This time, I decided on the Megawash because of my neglect. I could not believe the attention to detail. I left a tip at beginning based on Percentage. The more I watched and the more time that went by, the more I tipped. I wish I had gotten the gentlemens names. I was so excited when I got to see it up close. The car was so sparkly clean inside and outside. The dash, steering wheel and leather seats felt better than they did when I bought my Honda 10 years ago. Today, four days later, I drove back to tell the manager just how happy I was with the service. I will keep going back. It was well-worth my time, effort and money. To the group of people who worked on the burgundy Honda Civic for an hour last Thursday, December 9th ~ from the greeter who was so patient with my lack of understanding on how to pick what I wanted ~ to the group of experts that surrounded my car ~ thank you so much. Definitely a nicer facility than Buggy Bathe. they have many package options to choose from to get the right cleaning for your car. The lounge waiting area has nice chairs, TV and coffee as well! I like his place because you can stay in the car while it goes through the auto wash. An employee even sprayed down my car by hand and removed debris (leaves, etc.) before it went into the wash machine. Employees spend a decent amount of time detailing interior and exterior if you choose that, but it's never absolutely perfect (but still better than competitors). I deducted a star due to the wait times and the fact that I did not get tri-color foam the last time when it should have been included. That's my favorite part. read more

I visited on February 15,2020,at about 8:30 am. I give them 5 stars. They are professional, polite, and very detailed in their work. The job done was fantastic. The only small hiccup was forgetting to dress the wheels with tireshine, which they did immediately when pointed out....no points deducted because I'm so happy with the results. I also like the ability to sit comfortably to watch as them work as I conversate and sip coffee. All things considered, they are by far the best in town...not even close! I purchased the Mega detail package and I am very disappointed. The exterior wash was fine. The interior cleaning was less than satisfactory. The interior windows were not adequately cleaned, the doors were not detailed and clean, the console, cup area, and pockets were not clean.
