First I came in inquired about the price for time special I seen online the guy took my car back and after 30 mins he came back in I asked if he got the pricing because I was possibly going to get front window done . He said he did not hear anything from his manager he is not answering! I came to get my tint done and I was not happy with the outcome I stated something and I was told to wait a week to see if bubbles and watermarks would go away . It did not go away so I called and I was able to bring it in, I was a bit annoyed because this was time I had to work but it's getting fixed . Fast forward to me wiping my BRAND NEW CAR down that had been garage kept I noticed some missing paint on my passenger side door . I called and asked to speak with manager explained my door he immediately starts denying it , he stayed " how could I know it happen here, I don't think my guts dented your car ! Do you have pictures ? I said I can send them and it's not a debt it appears my door was opened and hit something ! He then said he didn't want pics he have to see it and the. He proceeded to tell me it takes 30 days for tint to smooth out so I didn't need to come in like I did. Hmmm I stated I was going to wait for my husband to come up there . As soon as we got there he is stating the techs do not touch my doors , then there's nothing in the shop to hit it on" I asked him to pull the camera on the ssh and time I was here on a Friday a walk in there were other cars in the shop. Mind you I didn't think it was going to explode the way it did accidents happen but I gave tracking and cameras on my car and home showing I haven't went anywhere since I left that shop! I have two cars !! He then asked me if I saw it happen ? Did I have pictures of my car before I came ? Yes I do cause I came from the lot then here home then a week later back to this shop and home . I told my husband upon him opening the door I noticed some black tint peeling in corner this MANAGER goes to the door says WHAT? Where? I point to it he then peels it off throws it on the ground and rolls his eyes at me . Sir I paid 460 n I had to come back and now my car is missing paint and you have an attitude. He then continues to question me but I gave my proof but pull your cameras up he then said " why I need to do that for? At this point I'm over it he is a sassy lil Man he is very rude and passive aggressive so I returned that energy. He agreed to fix my car and get bin number and correct paint. This man has not returned a single call to my husband and now I will be going to the dealer and getting it done and taking his sassy arse to small claims! Lifetime warranty is not worth a business owner who was not there any of the two days to tell Me about my car . Karma is something so to the better s to the ladies do not waste your time with the overpriced products, the crap Customer service and the lack of accountability this so called manager has.something so simple will now be publicized and handled in court for any consumer to read about !! read more

Beware don't go!!!! I had my 2023Mach e windows tinted where there literally looks like a booger was stuck in the tint. Company didn't bother to pull the object or dust or whatever it was before tinting. And as we walked around, I pointed out the flaws and they said well I can come back to resent the windows. Why would I do that if they just taking their time the first time? Did the job properly? Now I got my 2026 Tesla and got the windows tinted, which actually came out better than the electric Mustang . I one in my car to stand out so I got a beautiful color with PPF because are known for thin paint. Almost $5000 later and five days without a car. I did the walk around show them the bubbles on the bumper and other blemishes. They told me to wait a week for it to settle. It's been two weeks and the wrap is literally peeling off the back of my trunk. The cat was so serrated that it's starting to lift and as it uplifted, I noticed. They had scratched my car razor and three different places. I will be going in on 17 July at 0 9:30 in the morning to request my refund due to the negligence to my car and the damage they had done while claiming their professional and wrapping vehicles. I've had two cars tinted with Tint Heaven back around 2017-2018 when they were still a smaller operation, and I just went back to have another vehicle done recently. I was blown away by how much they've grown, and it's easy to see why -- the service is still top-notch. They now have a team, and everyone was friendly and professional. They greeted with smiles, offered water in the lounge, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The waiting area was comfortable and had great lighting to alleviate 'waiting fatigue'. The tint looks perfect, and they recommended another product I plan to come back for. Ownership has clearly recruited a team great people who care about the organization. I recently got a radio and sound system installed on my Z. Paid $850 and even upfront. Asked them will they be able to install it in a day, they said yes. Took it there in the morning dropped it off. Got a call back in the afternoon asking if they could finish the car the next day. Told them I had to come get the car that afternoon. The installation was complete but rushed. Unfortunately the radio shuts on and off sometimes, and the biggest problem is now my ac stopped blowing cold air. My ac was blowing perfectly fine before dropping off. Not to mention the car is practically brand new. Ran ac diagnostics, compressor is fine, relay is fine, and have refrigerant. The ac system/wiring are really sensitive on z's and I'm afraid they either damaged my ribbon cable or there is a loose connection. Either way some wiring was not professionally done. Not to mention one of the Hispanic males there had a real bad attitude and said "I'm just glad this car is finally out of here". Very professional. The next morning I drove it to my pier since I work on a boat. It's sat for almost 2 months. Go on to turn the ac she blows hot. Brand new car, and it's the summer time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I only gave one star because, zero was not an option to leave a review. See below: As a Federal Fleet manager who manages over 100 vehicles, I'm constantly looking to support small businesses in the area, but I wanted to give this business a test run with my personal vehicle first. I called for a tint quote and was advised that they were currently doing a ceramic tint special for 350.00. After recently purchasing a new vehicle this was my top priority. Once I arrived for my appointment they were very quick about getting started, Sean was smoking a cigar while installing my tint, so if you're ok with having your new car smell like cigars this is the place to go. I have a 23 Tahoe and it took them about 45 minutes to complete the job. Before getting started on my front two windows, I was told that there was tint already installed on my front windows unbeknownst to me. I was told that they would not honor the lifetime warranty based on the fact tint was currently installed. I then advised that I would like to have it removed, but they were not in the mood to do it that day but they would still warranty it. After about a week or so I notice that I had dirt/debris and 2 creases on the front driver window that was bothering me, because you can see where it is not adhering to the window on the outside looking in. I decided to bring my vehicle back and paid to have the tint removed. After the tint was removed and re-applied I noticed and pointed out a few spots that needed to be fixed. It was about 6 contaminated from dirt/debris spots and 2 creases in the driver window, but I was told "I'm not messing with this window anymore today gang". When the invoice was sent over, I did not review it based on the conversation via phone with Sean the owner. Please be sure to throughly read your invoice, as I was given carbon tint instead of the ceramic tint that was discovered via phone. Their invoice basically says that they can do sub-par work and they won't honor imperfections they caused if it's not bubbling, peeling, or discoloration. The warranty they offered me was 3 years not lifetime. This is a ploy to not honor poor workmanship. Anyone knows that if you don't prepare the window correctly, you will have a contaminated surface. This should not be the problem of the customer, this is business has poor customer service and bad workmanship. If you're looking for perfection and outstanding customer service, this is not the place to take your vehicle. I have had several vehicles tinted and I've never had so much dirt/foreign objects under my tint. When I attempted to get my driver window fixed today, I was told that I was a problematic customer and I shouldn't have been in my vehicle while the installer was putting my tint on. At no point was i the way of the installer nor did he ask me to step out of the vehicle. This business is completely un-professional. Please don't spend your hard earned money here. read more

There is no option for "NO STARS" as this business is below standard. Between October 16-20, 2023, I took [3] vehicles [2024 Mustang DH|2021 Mustang GT 5.0| 2020 Scat Pack w/b] for tint/wrap services. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE! Deceptive business practices, poor workmanship, poor installation, and roof body damage. RED FLAG...CASH ONLY! Tint service is subpar...nicks, scraps, significant contamination (i.e. splashes of dots throughout tint film). Both Scat Pack/2024 Mustang was charged $400 each for tint. WRAP installation, unskilled...Charged $775 to wrap side mirrors/roof/fin...mistake! I found significant damage to 2021 Mustang car roof because they "scored" (cut deeply) into the metal to trim the paper...SIMPLY JUST CRAZY! Deceptive business practices, failed to inform me of the damage. I got a repair estimate from a local FORD dealer $876.06! The wrap bubbled, expanded, peeled w/n hours. Scat Pack/2024 Mustang tint was significantly contaminated, poor appearance w. a litany scraps, nicks, bubbling, peeling. I sent text/in-person visit for repairs. Even after attempting to fix one vehicle [SCAT PACK] the same result. More visits to complain about poor tint/wrap. Owner Sean Ribeiro, was smug, arrogant, defensive and objected to return my money even after admitting he/his son's poor tint/wrap services was defective. He eluded smugly to me having to sue him for remedy. I am doing just that and his cost will far exceed my requested refund. This is a minority-owned business. I am a minority as well. I am very disappointed over my poor experiences w. TINT HEAVEN of Hampton. I attempted to upload my estimate from Bowditch Ford for roof repair $876.06 but it wouldn't upload. Called around to a couple different tint shops, none quite worked with my schedule & sudden need to tint my car like Tint Heaven did. They squeezed me in with an appointment rather than me having to show up & hopefully get put in to their schedule. Overall tint quality- Incredible & great service. They were quick & let me watch as they worked. Very professional and produced quality work. They explained the process & gave me instructions after the installation. Not a great job as far as I'm concerned. Had my windows tinted here and after 3 weeks and 100 degree weather the Windows still have bubbles. Probably didn't take his time to squeegee all the bubbles out as I was told by another tint location. After 3 failed attempts to contact Shawn about it I have yet to get a response from him, making his lifetime warranty pretty much useless. So decided to take his tint off and have another location tint my windows. (Express Tinting) Thanks for the useless warranty!! read more

Called me the day before the agreed-upon service date and told me that they would not be able to service the home windows because it is 35 minutes away from their shop and they did not plug it into their GPS. If you are counting on them to perform a job for you, service may not be their expertise. Would strongly look at other companies. read more
