They reached out to me via text and answering a few questions, we setup our appointment for him to come over and get my vehicles done. First thing - I'm a big stickler for being on time. On timing he was perfect. Even gave a text on ETA. Much appreciated. He showed up and was very easy to work with. He didn't need much in terms of support and was very amenable to any changes and questions I had about the process (I was a bit picky on my requests). He was even open to adding in a buddy's car last minute. This experience was A+++ service and quality. Seriously... you'd be VERY hard-pressed to find others in the business that deliver this level of quality and hospitality. I can tell that he stands by his work and his product and look forward to working with him again. Thank you Tinttent! A few weeks ago, my car windshield became cracked while driving on the road via a small rock…read more Unfortunately, it caused a streak which meant everything had to be replaced. So I decided to get it done quickly instead of wait until it was time for my State inspection in July. Let's see how everything went. I've dealt with Safelife for years and their service has always been great. What's even better is I can use my auto insurance to help cover repairs. With mine, it's just a $0 deductible. And they work with the insurance company as well. So using them was a no brainer. For this appointment, I dropped off my car at the Hampton location for the windshield replacement while I traveled to Virginia Beach. Almost 2 hours later, my car was ready for pickup with no problems. Without insurance, I was looking at spending nearly $800. Thank God mine covered everything with no money spent. Again, thank you Safelife for taking care of my car. It was needed and I'll be sure to use y'all again the next time I need service. Till next time :)
