Every nook and cranny were wiped clean. They even have free wifi in their sleek waiting room so you can surf the web on your device while you watch your car get washed. This place is truly amazing. I've never been to a cleaner ore more professional car wash. They came out and helped me pick exactly the wash I wanted. When the actual wash was done, we pulled into the detailing bay, where they spent 20 minutes thoroughly cleaning out dust and the huge amount of dog hair in our car. My minivan had been stuck in the mud and with using the rubber mats under the tires to try to get un-stuck and us jumping in and out of the car many times to push, the mats were coated with mud on both sides and the interior was full of dried mud. I was trying to find a do-it-yourself place but I found this instead and they offered me a great price. They did a great job while we sat in comfy chairs watching TV. Since my original post, this business has kept in contact with me in regards to my repairs. They gave a recommendation for a shop to perform the repairs on my vehicle as I was unsure as where to go. MEGA Auto Spa is by far the best car wash in Williamsburg and likely Hampton Roads. The Blanchards are always engaging with their customers and go beyond what is necessary to satisfy their customers. It is a great place to get your car washed but not for detailing. Dropped the car off at 9 AM at 1:30 was told the car was done. When I picked it up the the car interior was still dirty, as well as the exterior. The wheel wells still had dirt on them. They never washed the car before they started to detailing. When I pointed out things that were not done. His answer was "the dirt is in the scratches and if we clean them it will only get dirty again ". I did not leave until 3:30 PM read more

After visiting a different car wash in town, I realized how great the service, price, quality of work, and location is. I took my car there on a busy day and Tom and his crew took care of my special situation. I needed the car to be cleaned in and out but didn't have too much time. Oh did I mentioned that my dog's hair was all over my van? Tom and his crew didn't make any promises but my goodness, they delivered beautifully. He had 3 guys working on my car to speed up the process. They finished on time and my car looked perfect. They also had a special program where you pay a small fee and you are allowed to wash your car multiple times a month for free. Oh, I forgot to mention the price. They have the best price in town. I regret going to the other carwash. From now on, I won't go anywhere else. read more

I have never been excited about a car wash until I went to Mega. Everything is new and there are so many helpful, cheerful employees! The tunnel was fun to go through and my car looked so shiny and clean afterward. I always see a lot of people there so I was worried that I would have to wait a long time but I didn't. This is a first class operation. I can drive in, get my car washed for 9 bucks and then have all the vacuum I can use at the end, price included in my 9 bucks. The staff is helpful and my cars come out clean......the 23 dollar monthly membership is a bargain if you have a fleet of vehicles supporting your family. I am a huge fan! read more

WOW!! Very very good service here. I'm a regular full service car wash user and have been all over the country at various locations including Cactus etc...The attention to detail and time spent on my 2007 Tahoe LTZ was impressive. I'd just gotten back from a road trip and now it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor inside and out. All for $21 bucks!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars. I come here all the time to wash my car and it's $14 and less than 10 minutes. I finally decided to write a review because I came in after getting a bunch of tree sap on my car and the employees here took amazing care of me. I went through the wash twice and the attendant there did his best (taking extra time) to get it off with his power washer. When it still wasn't coming off, another employee directed me to the detail area and said he could get it off. When I asked how much it would be he said no cost. I am always impressed by Mega Auto Spa, but this was definitely above and beyond! I would pick this place every time. read more

While visiting Williamsburg for a conference I wanted to get a much needed car wash. I am fostering a white pit bull terrier and his hair was everywhere. After checking Yelp for nearby car washes, I chose what turned out to be a wonderful choice. The time spent here was about 30-40 minutes and my SUV was very happy afterwards. I have leather seats and floor mats, so the hair was easily picked up. I went on a Friday afternoon around 3:00 and there were not many cars ahead of me (maybe 7). The only issue I had was the drivers door compartment was not cleaned properly. Other than that, I wish this car wash was closer to my residence in Maryland. read more

A car wash is a car wash. Kinda hard to get excited about em. This one seems to be pricier than others I've been to. What got to me, more than the price, was the neighborhood.
