I point to it he then peels it off throws it on the ground and rolls his eyes at me . Sir I paid 460 n I had to come back and now my car is missing paint and you have an attitude. He then continues to question me but I gave my proof but pull your cameras up he then said " why I need to do that for? At this point I'm over it he is a sassy lil Man he is very rude and passive aggressive so I returned that energy. He agreed to fix my car and get bin number and correct paint. This man has not returned a single call to my husband and now I will be going to the dealer and getting it done and taking his sassy arse to small claims! I one in my car to stand out so I got a beautiful color with PPF because are known for thin paint. Almost $5000 later and five days without a car. I did the walk around show them the bubbles on the bumper and other blemishes. They told me to wait a week for it to settle. It's been two weeks and the wrap is literally peeling off the back of my trunk. The cat was so serrated that it's starting to lift and as it uplifted, I noticed. They had scratched my car razor and three different places. I will be going in on 17 July at 0 9:30 in the morning to request my refund due to the negligence to my car and the damage they had done while claiming their professional and wrapping vehicles. They give an estimate and schedule only one vehicle a day with a deposit. I scheduled one week out. Drop off at 930 and pick up by 4. They provide free transport if needed. Now frankly, I was a bit floored when the first estimate was $1200. It included cream coating exterior damage, engine cleaning, full undercarriage cleaning, the works. That was out of my budget so we dropped off the engine, the undercarriage and the cream coat. We settled on $800 for headlight cleaning, interior heat/steam extraction, over all cleaning and exterior wash/wax. I dropped it off and I returned just before 4pm. I was looking at a car that resembled mine, except this car looked pretty much new! The engine was sparkling, the tires were sparkling, the scratches were reduced and some even disappeared! The interior was like new. Every mark, stain, and piece of dirt, food, leaves, debris - GONE!! I was in shock in the very best way! I could not believe the attention to detail! Amazing! Yes it was expensive, but not when I consider everything is done on site BY HAND, in one day! I don't think most cars are driven off the lot in as good condition as my car! The engine and wheels were thrown in just out of the goodness of their heart. These two owners are NICE people. They work REALLY hard, they take great pride in the service they provide and don't take any short cuts. They recognize some people are willing and able to invest money in maintaining the appearance of their vehicle. Before this I would have dropped this amount on mechanics, and never considered maintaining my car's interior and exterior. Now I am so proud driving around my new looking car, and no french fries, dirty shoes or leaves allowed! If you are looking for this type of attention to detail and want to invest in your vehicle, give this local business your business. If you want some cheap car wash vacuum service, this is not it.
