The staff is amazing and knowledgeable I explained the bird nesting issues, and how I've definitely stitch over 20,000 stitches past needed service. I was informed by stitches with felt fabric and using can air I was pushing all that debris inside the machine impacting it he lubricant. I'm grateful to know my machine is in great hands. The guy came to the front, and had a terrible attitude, and smart remarks. I guess I will just loose the money, and shirts. I will be using someone different for all of my companies. Also the store AC needs to be turned down when it's crowded. Too much body heat. Also a mention that there's this insanely loud humming coming from the ceiling by the registers and aisles up front. I imagine it's the AC unit but it's so loud the vibrations give migraines and it's still hot.

He quickly understood what I wanted, showed me a font I liked, and told me they would be ready in an hour or so, and to pay when I picked up. He also let me pick the specific color of red thread for one of the stockings, as there are many shades of red and I wanted it to match as much as possible. Our group ordered a certain material for women's shirts, but we were not told the shirts only came in junior sizes so we received (36) tiny shirts we could not wear. The solution we gave us was we could reorder the shirts at half price off of the Retail price (not the quantity discount price we had originally paid for the shirts) for replacement shirts plus $8.00 shipping and handling. Our group can not afford to replace 36 shirts and Big Frog will not come down off of the replacement price they quoted us. I have emailed customer service several times telling them I do not think their offer is fair, but have not heard back from anyone at Big Frogs Ft Worth, West 7th to help to resolve this.
