I guess its my fault even though multiple times she recited it back. I then paid for another order as I could not use them. She came to pick up the check, and my shirts are gone. I called, and asked some guy that works there, and he said he would call right back. Hours later I go by the store as I was in the area. The guy came to the front, and had a terrible attitude, and smart remarks. I guess I will just loose the money, and shirts. I will be using someone different for all of my companies. I do not recommend. If all goes well it seems to be fine. If it doesn't buyer beware just look at reviews.

Yes, Hobby Lobby had the cow blanket sets in stock and in different sizes. They also had sheet sets and throws! But they're polyester too unfortunately so I had to pass. He quickly understood what I wanted, showed me a font I liked, and told me they would be ready in an hour or so, and to pay when I picked up. He also let me pick the specific color of red thread for one of the stockings, as there are many shades of red and I wanted it to match as much as possible. Our group ordered a certain material for women's shirts, but we were not told the shirts only came in junior sizes so we received (36) tiny shirts we could not wear. The solution we gave us was we could reorder the shirts at half price off of the Retail price (not the quantity discount price we had originally paid for the shirts) for replacement shirts plus $8.00 shipping and handling. Our group can not afford to replace 36 shirts and Big Frog will not come down off of the replacement price they quoted us. I have emailed customer service several times telling them I do not think their offer is fair, but have not heard back from anyone at Big Frogs Ft Worth, West 7th to help to resolve this.
