If I could I would give no "STAR" to this place. There were three things that I ran into problem with this place: 1. Price: I called for quote before I came, and on phone, the quote was $47.00. When we came my son brought his jacket in, and the owner asked him to pay in advance. I got in to pay for it, and owner said "Well, altogether will be $83.00". I looked at him and asked why it was double price you quoted on phone, if this was price I would go for different places. He immediately reduced the price down to $50.00. 2. He scheduled us to pick up on the next Friday, and we came on the Tuesday after. He told my son that it was done, but he didn't have a chance to transfer the jacket from the production facility over. Come back... 3. I waited 2 days later to come back for picking up, the owner was not there this time, I spoke to the clerk and he said the jacket was still not available to pick up. And then, he made a call to the owner or his boss, and then, he approached to ask me my address and my cell #, so he would delivery to my house in the same day, It was never happened...We waited another 3 days later and called to make sure the jacket was available before we came. On phone, the owner said he tried to call me on my cell phone a few times for delivery, but I didn't not pick up the calls. Can you imagine how in the world of today technology with the missed calls, but no records indicated in the log of my phone history? People, if you need some to be done on firm schedule, just don't come to this place, and also be careful about prices too.... I will not and ever come back. read more

So first of all, if you absolutely must get something embroidered, I highly recommending just ordering something online. It will be cheaper, better quality & you'll at least get it eventually! #1: I thought, "keep it local"...."keep it in Keller" Never again for embroidery! If I have to get something done because I cannot get it ordered online, I'll drive to anywhere but here. This place sucks all kinds, of embroidery. #2: I clearly wrote the name out that I wanted embroidered. Was it done correctly? No (oh and I did even spell the name on the tag of the jacket too, just in case)! How hard is it to read what your employee wrote down? #3: was it done when promised? Of course not! They told me Friday. On Monday afternoon I called and they said Tuesday. On Tuesday I called to confirm they said Wednesday. Went in Wednesday and 2 of the 4 items were miss spelled. They said to come Thursday afternoon, they would do it first thing. I called Thursday afternoon and they said Friday morning! Friday afternoon, still not done. I'm sitting here in the business writing this horrible review, figured if they waste my time I'll be honest about their work!! (Seriously that was true on the number of attempts to get my items.) the reason I'm sitting here is because I have to have the item for Saturday. Which I should have had a week ago!! #4: quality, they just brought out the item, fraying!!!! Nope, send it back. Do it again. In conclusion, send your money to China or Mexico. At least you'll get your item in probably a better timeline, quality, and for much cheaper then Keller's Elite embroidery! And honestly next time I will not pre pay. For small businesses I like to pre pay because I know it helps them keep their doors open. This experience is making reconsider this. I would have loved to say, I need 50% off for this crap work!!!! read more

One word: Unorganized. We print a lot of shirts and embroidery at this business. Almost nothing has been completed on time. Paperwork is stacked haphazardly around the office along with boxes of finished and unfinished product. The quality of the work is decent and products of decent craftsmanship. Don't expect prompt follow up on completion of items or updates. I've talked to the owner regarding getting a computer system in place to organize but so far nothing has changed. read more

Business said I could pick up items Oct 29th. After 10 days of my items being there, I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my items on the 29th and they were not completed (or even started yet) If they were scheduled to be worked on the 29th, they should have said they were available for pick up on the 30th. The beginning of the summer, right after school was out so first week of June, I came by to get a whole bunch of stuff embroidered. 2 fleece pullovers, 3 bags, blanket, scarf, etc. like a whole giant box of stuff that I've been putting aside to go get embroidered. I'm a teacher and I commute to Irving everyday, so I have absolutely no time to do anything during the school year. I called twice about my stuff over the summer and I told them I go back to work in August. I went by today to get my stuff and HE DID NOT EVEN WORK ON MY STUFF AT ALL THE WHOLE SUMMER. I was so disappointed! I asked for a refund. I felt bad, I wanted to support a Keller Business since as of two years, I am a resident and wanted to "keep it in Keller". I'm giving this place a one star only because Ms. Judy the front desk lady is SO NICE. Ms. Judy rocks and needs a raise! She is excellent in customer service! She was so nice and patient with me all summer! read more

I use Elite Embroidery mostly for monograming or help with my childrens' school uniform patches and badges. I've always received friendly customer service and the items have always been ready ahead of schedule. I've found their prices to be fair. Glad I found them! I cannot say enough about this place! We placed an order for several shirts. The placement of the writing on the shirts wasn't where I thought it would be (realized that when I went to pick them up this morning) I was told that they would redo the shirts and I would be able to get them later today. (I needed the shirts by 10:00 am tomorrow) It's 9:15 pm a Friday night and the shirts were personally delivered to my door at home. ( mind you, I don't live very close to the shop/store). Quality work but terrible delivery times. Was told my order would be ready on a Wednesday (7 days after I dropped items off) but it wasn't ready. I called two days later and it still wasn't ready, the excuse was that they were slammed. No problem but don't quote me a week if you can't deliver. I called the Monday after and they still weren't completed and would "probably" be done the next day. It was mentioned there was a note on my order that said I didn't need until tomorrow.....ummm, ok! I never mentioned that date and even so they will only probably be done anyway. We will be heading to MVP for the rest of our needs. read more

I can't believe the customer service that Terry provided for me on Friday, June 10th. I brought in some shirts on Monday to be embroidered before we left for vacation on early Saturday morning. I was in the movies from 5-7 when they called to say they were ready and they close at 6:00pm. In a panic, I called and left a message thinking it was a lost cause. However Terry called me back late that night and not only told me not to worry but he personally delivered them to me so I would have them in time. I hope others had a better experience. As for myself, when I went to pick up my order, not only was it on the wrong side of the jacket, but the wrong font as well. When I mentioned this, the woman showed me the order form and said "this is what you ordered." When I insisted thean had written it down wrong, I was told he had written down what I had requested. I requested left side of the jacket, cursive font. I got neither of those things. When I told her that, she said that he always shows it to a customer, and even if hadn't it was "hanging right there." The entire incident was made out to be my fault. I'm not saying this is a bad place to go to, as long as they get your order right. But if they get it wrong, look out. And yes, they are fixing, but not happily so. read more

Bad business! Bad customer service! Terrible organization of shop. Cheap for a reason! After leaving my 4 items to be embroidered over 10 days ago, they promised they would be ready today. When I arrived this morning, they hadn't even started on my items. Where I was going to spend $28ish for 4 items at Elite Embroidery, I went to a place 5 miles closer to my house, I can pick them up TODAY, and bought two items for $40 from their shop as well, so they get $75 and my business from now on! Sometimes $3 extra per item is worth it being done right and in a timely manner! read more

From the employee side, worst company ever. Doesn't report his employees to the IRS and pays under the table. Gives impossible time frames for several orders and leaves the employees to deal with the angry customers with little to no information on where the orders might be. Says he wants to get organized so his store runs smoothly, but then refused to change anything. Never pays his employees on time unless you hound him for your check and not even sure he pays the taxes he says he does on the pay stub. Seems like a nice person, but screws you over in the long run. read more

Awful customer service. Have been there twice now. First time, had minor issues with the shirt not being printed when they said it would. I had to go back twice before it was ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a "bad time". Tried going there again. Had too many issues to go back. They said they had the right color for the letters, called back later and said they didn't, went to pick up the shirts when they said to, and they weren't finished again, and then put the shirts on at the event and one was missing the entire middle word. No apology or refund was received. Won't be back. Just found a place in NRH called a Eights Streams, and they have been AWESOME. read more

A terrible place to do business. The owner lies all the time and blames his employees for the late, not ordered, and lack of communication... they are loosing money for a reason. I can't believe this place is still in business. Don't do rush orders they will not be in. Don't order products the product will not be ordered until the event is over. The owner will steal your money and blame his employees that his employees lost your order. My last 2 orders were delayed because other larger contract came before mine and Terry (the owner) lied and said he did not even know that I had even placed the order. I looked for the negitive stars but there are not any.. CLOSE YOUR DOORS. QUIT EMBARRASSING YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. THE LIST IS LONG BUT HERE ARE 12 REASONS TO TAKE ALL YOUR SCREENPRINT AND EMBROIDERY TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION 1. The owner lies 2. The owner does not place the customer first 3. The owner takes your money and never orders your product 4. The owner hires employees and blames his bad decisions on them 5. The owner NEVER pays his employees on time 6. The owner is the worst business person 7. The owner hires employees and calls them all hours to work and does not pay them for their services 8. The owner talks trash about customers when they walk out of the store and puts their product in a plastic box and let's it sit there for weeks 9. The owner needs to shut the doors and get counseling on how to appreciate his employees, his contractors, and his customers 10. The owner does not pay his bills on time, his contractors have to chase him down to get paid, the employees only get paid on time if they quit or if he fires them 11. If you need your order quickly the owner puts a extra rush $ amount on the order and still the order is months behind 12. If you tell the owner you need a specific kind of product and color you will get the wrong item back 13. CONSUMERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE.. This was a big disappointment. I paid for the logo that was suppose to take 3 days and took over a week. My husband paid for 2 shirts from their store which was high in price but he was willing to pay for the logos. One shirt being a dark shirt the lady at the counter said it would look better with the white border instead of the black, almost two weeks after a promise of less than a week the shirts came in and the dark one was wrong, so they said it would be ready Tuesday, I went Wednesday and no shirt. By this time we are very mad so we waited until the following Wednesday and yep you guessed it no shirt. They then offered to refund my money(which they said they couldn't do in the beginning)or have the shirt the next day and if I wanted the shirt they would give me a refund of 15.00 well picked up my shirt got 6.00 refund got home the shirt is snagged so I spent 150.00 total for 2 shirts including logo and embroidery and took a month to get do they get one star because I can't leave a zero star read more
