After meeting in person and giving Danny my two T-shirt designs, I then waited patiently for a proof. He said I would receive a proof from them by the end of the week. After a week and a half went by, I still didn't hear anything. I reached out to Danny via email to get an update. No response. Since then, I have found a different company for my printing needs, but the lack of communication is pathetic. 3 months later and I didn't get a single email since sending my designs over. His lack of communication cost me 2 weeks of time and forced me to pay rush prices from another company. Also, I usually never write reviews. I had to write something about this. I spoke with Danny multiple times over a three week period, planning shirts for my group event. I sent the graphic nearly 2 weeks in advance. I spoke with him 5 days in advance to confirm the order and pickup time. I got a call 12 HOURS before the agreed upon time telling me they would not be able to complete the order because of a personal, religious objection to the message to be printed. At no time during our conversations when he received and read aloud the graphic did he indicate that there might be a problem. I can understand having an objection, and would have taken my business elsewhere had I known. But now I won't have my shirts for this event because I had no time to find another vendor. First appearance Danny, the owner and his crew seem very well organized and prompt people who sell on the fact that they deliver quality and affordable products. They pride themselves on being a small local business that will save you time and money. I have had several experiences of the past two years with them and it seems that each time I experience another excuse as to why my order is late or is not as expected. This company discriminates against those who are not of the "fundamental christian" religion. A friend placed an order for roughly 10 shirts 3 weeks ago, and was contacted at 10 PM the day before she needed the shirts to tell her that they wouldn't be doing the order because they objected based on PERSONAL religious beliefs. She went with this company because she had been told that they were a good company to work with and she places value in supporting local business, however based on hearing about this EXTREMELY unprofessional and downright ILLEGAL transaction, I will NEVER use OR recommend this company to ANYONE in the future!! I will not waste your time with a long bad experience story. Short and sweet, should have noted the other reviews before placing an order. Danny the owner/manager is worthless, lacks customer service skills, unorganized, and not able to communicate effectively. Even shorter story, my shirts were not ready when promised, the first, second, third time, I'm out! No shirts for my event, even with ordering weeks in advance. An order was placed many weeks in advance with this company and everything seemed to be going smoothly. The order was for a large camp event where multiple t-shirts were needed. The company called to inform the night before the camp that the order would not be completed. I could have gone to any other business, but instead chose them. The lack of professionalism from the woman on the phone was very disappointing. Instead of finding a solution to the situation, she was very unsympathetic and seemed to not care. I really don't recommend this company if you are looking for reliability or any decent level of professionalism. I would think twice before doing business with this company. read more
