San Bay was the one we selected because of (1) their willingness to use our existing electronic files to create their print patterns and stitch programs, (2) the samples the did for us looked amazing, (3) the prices quoted were very reasonable compared to the local competition, and (4) the speed of delivery was flipping amazing. On the final point, most of the competition was saying a 2-week minimum to obtain the finished goods. San Bay was able to deliver in a week. Tammy Does NOT know what she's doing!!…read more First and foremost, Tammy did not flash my shirts. A screen printer flashes shirts before screen printing to keep the dark fibers of the shirt from showing through the ink. When I went to ask Tammy for a refund, Tammy said her shirts look that way because I brought her shirts that were 50% cotton/50 Polyester blend instead of 100% cotton. Having 100 % cotton shirts does not have anything to do with how a screen print job comes out. I told her what type of shirts I buy and she never said anything. "Well, I didn't know that you didn't know that!" If you see the shirts in person you could easily see that the quality of the printing was inconsistent. She even used 2 different shades of red. I told her that the "P" was cut off on my "Pice Be Steel" Shirt. According to her no one would notice. It looks like trash. The ink is super thick on some shirts, too thin on others... I had to add a band aid to shirts so that I can try to recover some of my money by selling them as defects. I asked her why my name was bleeding together on the sleeves and why it was positioned so high when I showed her what I wanted. She said that that's how it had to come out. She also said that her staff is trained to keep printing shirts even if they don't look right. I swear. She told me that my order was large and they were just trying to get it done. I asked her why she didn't just tell me how many she could make correctly! These weren't shirts for a family reunion, she gave me trash merchandise that I'm now stuck with. She also charged me a rush fee but never told me my shirts were ready. Every time I went to get my shirts no one knew where my paper work was. The box was literally sitting there, but Tammy didn't leave any instructions for my shirts when she went to Vegas for weeks at a time to shoot pool. It took me over a month to get all the trashy looking shirts she made because I happened to catch her there. Next time I will find a print shop that will tell me that they're having a problem with my order. A normal business would be too embarrassed to let these shirts leave out of their shop.

Great place for embroidery!…read more I was looking for a place to get my nursing school scrubs embroidered, I called around to a few places and they all recommended I come here! I gave Big Frog a call and talked with Chris who walked me through the process and gave me a price estimate. I brought my 3 scrub tops in the same day and they were able to get me in. They said they would be ready before the date I needed them of my first clinical rotation at the hospital. Each scrub top was its own cost, however, my school provided a downloadable file for the embroidery so I was lucky enough to not have to pay the digitizing cost. Overall, the customer service was excellent and each of the girls I talked with were also so nice and informative! I was nervous the process was going to be complicated, and I know nursing school can be strict, but everyone at Big Frog made it easy! I picked my scrubs up yesterday and they came out wonderful. They were the exact measurements, colors and design of my school requested logo. Big Frog also told me that they have my logo on file now with my account so I can easily return if I need another top embroidered. Thank you guys for everything! :)
