There is no leadership, no accountability , and no one to help you if you want an issue solved. I cancelled my membership because of these things and they even screwed that up. Three months after I cancelled, they withdrew 3 months worth of membership fees plus a late fee. When I brought this to their attention, no one would credit the money back. They were only able to " make a note" in my old acount, and wait for the manager to credit me the funds. I was forced to close my credit card, get a new one, change any and all of my direct debit payments and accounts, etc. The manager took more than ten business days to respond and reimburse me the funds they took from my account. And, it involved me having to make multiple trips to this establishment demanding I be reimbursed before the manager resolved the issue.

I had never been there but I decided to give it a try. I must say this facility is older, but the staff and equipment are working at 89% and that is saying a lot. The woman at the front desk was kind and courteous and the staff were working hard cleaning and making sure that this facility was top-notch. They have learned to work with what they have. I went to the cardio room for some time on the treadmill and the weight room for lifting. I wanted to jump in the pool for some laps but just got back from vacation, and my swimming trunks we're still in the washer at home. The pool looked clean and it was a great laid-back feel like you come to expect on the eastern shore. If I am in the area again I will go back for a swim.

Cavin, who is the proprietor and a teacher, has a great presence and takes you through some great routines to stretch your mind and body. I never thought I'd find a yoga studio of such high quality in Cambridge but I am beyond thrilled. I plan to make her yoga studio part of my regular routine every time I visit Cambridge.

I actually liked the openness when I first walked in, but the layout quickly became confusing. I'm not sure why the functional area and the abs area are sectioned off the way they are. Opening that space up would make a huge difference. As it is now, I felt like a caged animal trying to work out between the barriers. The equipment in those sections was also lacking compared to other PF locations I frequent. The cardio, and weight areas were sufficient, but the 30‑minute circuit continues to baffle me. At every PF I visit, it takes up a massive amount of space and is almost always empty, and this location was no exception. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk experience. When I arrived around 2 p.m., nobody was at the desk to help me use the Black Card amenities. Eventually someone came over, who honestly looked like they were in the middle of their own workout, and sent me to the room. Problem was, someone was still in there. Once that guest left, I was able to use it, but when I came back out and wanted to use another service, the desk was again completely unattended. When an employee finally appeared, she complained to another staff member, "It's been nonstop with these rooms," right in front of customers. It came off as annoyed and unprofessional. I love Planet Fitness and visit many locations, but this one needs some attention in both layout and customer service. It's fine for a quick workout, but I'd choose other PF locations over this one.

I said I had never been there and the person I talked to agreed to cancel my membership. That never happened and now I just got charged a yearly fee of $49.00. I called again (it's now December) to get a refund and make sure it got canceled this time. The employee I spoke with said that there was no way she could cancel unless I came into that store to sign a paper. I explained that I have already moved to another state, so she agreed (again) to cancel my account. Of course, there is no refund. I called my bank and was told that Planet Fitness is notorious for doing anything they can to get and keep your money. I believe it. I just got a cancellation/freeze form from the Easton location. You have to have doctor's note to freeze your account! WHATTTT? Are we 10 again? My bank rep said that if you dispute the charge, Planet Fitness will charge it again and again, each time using a different company name, anything to get the charge through. DO NOT give these people your bank acount information. In addition, if you try to call the corporate number (844-973-4357) they give you, you get a computer that will not let you proceed unless you know your account number. I had never been in to get a card, an my number is not on my account, so I could not talk to a person. I found another number (844-880-7180) that leaves you on hold forever. If I can sign up online, it should be an easy fix to cancel online. Dishonest business!

Whether your lifting weights, hitting cardio, or just toning up and maintain weight between meals like myself, all the equipment you could need is there. Machines, stair masters, benches. I was even surprised to see the amount of medicine balls, bands, TRX, and even. Don't get me started in the restrooms. We can't have nice things at LA Fitness and these locker rooms were like staying at the W vs Red Roof Inn for me. All of the amenities you could need-- even hairspray, dry shampoo, and flat irons. Squeaky clean steam room. Fresh towels. We're talking real luxury y'all.

I am so grateful to have found this gem! I attend Gentle Yoga with DeeDee twice a week. When my daughter visits, she has a variety of classes that she can attend. The studio is full of great equipment in a space that is beautifully spirit centered and staffed by instructors who know how to carefully teach yoga. Life saver!

He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. All-in-all a great place to visit or practice regularly. It really helped my kick off my weekend right! Highly recommended.
